Welcome. This is a soft, safe space to pause and come back to yourself. For a moment, we are gently notice the breath, any neutral sensation in the body the body, and our surroundings - at your own pace. There’s no “right” way to do this practice. If your mind or body wants to rest, freeze, or wander, that’s completely okay. The focus is simply on offering yourself gentle awareness and a sense of safety, moment by moment - just as much or as little as it feels accessible. Thank you for being here!
