This is a gentle space to land, just as you are. You don’t need to shift anything before you begin. No need to feel more grounded, more present, or more “ready.” However you’re arriving is welcome here. This practice moves slowly, with room to listen at your own pace – or even pause. Along the way, there’s a light touch of orientation, just enough to notice where you are, without needing to push for clarity or certainty. Nothing here is about getting it right. Nothing needs to fully settle. It might simply be a moment of meeting yourself, in whatever way feels safe or possible right now - and allowing that to be enough.
