You Can Notice Without Changing
A gentle, trauma-sensitive approach - exploring the possibility of noticing an experience without immediately trying to change it. The practice invites awareness of simple experiences such as tension, breathing, thoughts, emotions, sounds, or movement - without needing to relax, slow down, fix, or understand them. Rather than turning self-awareness into another task, this perspective offers space to simply recognize what is present and allow it to be as it is for a few moments. A quiet exploration of awareness without intervention, with room for an experience to change on its own or remain exactly as it is. The talk closes with a simple reminder that awareness does not always need to change an experience. Sometimes, noticing can simply be a way of being with what is already here.
