This meditation is designed to support you during those moments. Together, we will embrace the darkness, recognizing it as part of our journey and sometimes necessary for gaining new wisdom and growth. Most importantly, in this meditation, I will guide you to reconnect with the light within, the source of energy that you are, beyond all the challenges you’re facing right now. Hello and welcome,

This is Claire from Growing Through Love.

During this session we will be diving into a meditation that has to do with the dark night of the soul,

A time of challenges and great growth and lessons and learning.

So let's begin.

Make yourself comfortable and gently close your beautiful eyes.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath.

Take a deep breath through your nose,

To your chest,

To your belly and feel the fresh air.

Feel the positive energy entering your body with each breath.

Notice your body relaxing,

Exhaling slowly,

Letting the muscles relax,

Letting any muscle tension moving out of your body through your breath.

With every exhale,

Inhale deeply and gently and exhale slowly.

We will dive into the darkness to find our light.

Embracing the darkness,

Embracing the dark times and growing through them and finding meaning and lessons in them.

So we will start with a visualization of darkness,

Of being one with the darkness,

As a symbol of dark times,

As a symbol of challenges,

Of transformations and then we will find the light in that darkness.

This light can show up differently for different people because the lessons that we find in our dark times are different for different people.

So we will start with the focus in our breath and body,

With relaxation,

With becoming one with the darkness,

In the sense of transformation but also in the sense of the greater awareness.

Before all the creation it was only darkness,

In the sense of nothingness.

So we will start with the breath and then move with the other part of the meditation,

Keeping the awareness in the breath,

Taking slow and gentle breaths,

Inhale,

Feel the energy,

Feel the fresh air moving through your nose,

To your chest,

To your belly and to your entire body and exhale,

Letting everything that no longer serves you move out from your body,

Any energy that no longer serves you moving out from your life,

Noticing the sensations in your body,

Noticing what you are feeling in this moment and giving it permission to just be and be present with that feeling or sensation.

And anything that needs to go is going out of your body and your life with every exhale.

Now visualize your surroundings,

Noticing yourself and your surroundings in space and the space between you and your surroundings and the space all around your body.

Notice a veil of protection or an energy that comes from your heart to the space around you,

To the space around your body and notice the space around that space as your body relaxes even deeper into this meditation.

Notice your body relaxing even more and bringing even more awareness into the space around you,

The space all around your body and notice the nothingness,

The nothingness where all the awareness takes form and give yourself permission to become one with that awareness and notice how your body is relaxing as you are surrendered even more into this nothingness,

Into this presence,

Into this present moment and presence of this very moment and everything and nothing at the same time.

Notice any resistance that may show up and give it permission to just be as you are bringing your awareness to your breath and to the space all around you and you notice your body becoming one with this space,

Your feet,

Your thighs,

Your belly,

Your glutes,

Your back,

Your shoulders and your chest,

Your arms,

The forearms,

The hands and the fingers,

Up to your neck,

Your neck,

The back of your head and your face all relaxing into this moment in nothingness,

In emptiness,

Giving full permission to your body to just be,

Becoming one with the nothingness,

Becoming one with the greater awareness,

Notice your body relaxing even further into this moment,

Notice the feeling of deep relaxation in every muscle and every cell of your body and notice your heart,

This beautiful space of creation,

Of unconditional love,

Of unconditional love,

Notice the light from your heart starting to expand more and more with each breath,

Notice that light shining through you and as you inhale the light expands even more and as you exhale the light still expands,

It can be just a little bit of growth but it's still present or you may not notice the growth and the expansion of that light but it is still present and if you are finding it challenging to visualize the light at all,

That's okay,

Just give yourself permission to be,

Acceptance and presence can be deeply healing,

Focusing in your breath and in the oneness between your body and the space all around you and if you can visualize your light,

The light in your heart,

Connect with that,

Give it presence and acceptance and notice how the light is changing through presence and acceptance and stay with this light and this connection and this knowing that this light is coming from your heart and is shining through your entire being and through everything all around you,

Just like it is shining in the middle of the nothingness and when you are ready,

You can open up your eyes as a new person in a new world changed through the rise of your frequency and through the deeper connection between you and the divine being that you are thank you so much for being here,
