Hello and welcome! I’m glad you’re here. This guided meditation invites you to cultivate self-compassion through gentle energetic work. We begin with a soothing shower of light, cleansing and softening your energy field. Then, we bring awareness to a moment from the past, a time when you may have felt guilt, regret, or self-judgment. Through the heart’s wisdom, you’ll send love and compassion to that past version of yourself, offering forgiveness and understanding. As the meditation unfolds, we’ll bless the body, the heart, and your life as a whole, allowing healing energy to flow where it’s most needed.
