I am glad that you are here. This is a psychology-based explanation of the concept of forgiveness. In this track, I am also explaining the "Buddhist Prayer For Forgiveness" track (designed for mantra meditation) from a psychological standpoint, so when you use it in meditation, this is the modern concept behind it and why I think that mantra is important and helpful in the healing process. From the energetic perspective, as you meditate with the intention of forgiveness, even if you are not yet ready to forgive, there is a shift in the collective consciousness that is happening. Remember: Contemplating about forgiveness is helpful and healing. Forcing yourself to forgive can be damaging, as a form of self-abuse. Notice your feelings. Give yourself time. This is a journey. If you are not in place where you can forgive, give yourself grace for being where you are. Evolution is a continuous practice.
