I am Kirti,

Spiritual coach who helps women to eliminate negative energies and attract unconditional love in their life.

I am here with the meditation to help you release all the negative foundations and help you to meet your Higher Self.

Before getting started,

Choose to sit in a comfortable place and make sure that you are undisturbed during the meditation.

Please do not listen to this recording while driving or performing anything that needs your full attention.

And when you are ready,

Close your eyes.

Take three deep breaths.

Inhale,

Hold,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Hold,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Hold,

Exhale.

Relax and be in the moment.

Your body is as bright as a balloon.

Relaxed,

Calm,

Light and floating with deep tranquility.

See yourself peacefully and easily bouncing because of this lightness.

There's a beautiful path ahead filled with shimmering glitters.

The path is shining silver.

Now walk forward on this path.

As you softly walk on this glittery silver path,

You can see a lush green forest.

Slowly walking towards it,

You reach to the edge of this forest.

The glittery path is shining brightly even in this dense forest.

Feel the calmness and relaxing energy of this serene natural environment.

Walking slowly on your path,

Reaching deep in this forest,

You see a shining golden temple.

In the mid of lush green tropical trees,

There's a divine light pouring on this temple.

That's why the temple is shining bright like a sun.

As you reach near the steps of this temple,

You see a beautiful divine angel with big feathers.

The angel is floating softly above the ground and ready to show you the path ahead.

She is wearing white robe and a beautiful Jhera of white,

Yellow and purple flowers.

As you approach towards her,

She asks you if you are ready to release all that doesn't serve you.

You softly said yes to her and with your yes,

She raised your right hand and take it in her hand.

She softly pulled off something from your wrist and as she held it in her hand,

You see a black circle of mist.

She told you that this is the negative energies around you and your aura.

And as she asks you to now enter the temple,

You feel unburdened and relaxed.

Now slowly walking on the three steps of the temple,

Getting relaxed and calm,

As you reach to the gate of the temple,

You feel relaxed,

Tranquil and calm.

The gate of the temple opens up and you peacefully enter the temple.

The walls and roof of this temple are glowing in different colors.

You feel relaxed and marvellous.

As you walk a little further,

You see a beautiful cushion.

This cushion is shining beautifully in golden color.

There is a note near this cushion.

Now you slowly reach out to this note.

The note indicates you to sit on that cushion to let this magical temple work on your healing.

Just like a joyful child,

You sit on the cushion and as you sit there on this mystical and soft cushion,

Folding your legs,

You felt a sudden urge to close your eyes.

Now with your eyes closed,

You felt relaxed and peaceful vibrations filling your entire being.

You now see your inner self growing bigger and bigger,

Slowly getting bigger.

Your inner self is expanding throughout this temple and getting bigger as you expand and cross this temple and still getting bigger,

Expanding more and more.

You are now as big as this entire earth.

Now expanding more and more,

You are one with this galaxy,

Connected to the Divine.

You are growing larger,

Enormously giant.

This enormous you is transparent,

Powerful and divine.

Everything in this world,

Solar system and galaxy is nothing but your higher self.

This giant enormous you is nothing but your higher self,

The one who is one with the Divine.

The Creator of us all,

The Universe.

Feel yourself easily connecting to this enormous and powerful higher self of you.

Feel the connection and power as I go silent for a few seconds.

Now that you are connected to your higher self,

It is easy to connect to it anytime,

Anywhere.

Whenever you want divine guidance,

You can easily ask your higher self to show you the path ahead.

Now see yourself one with this enormous you,

Your higher self.

And now you are sitting on this cushion,

Totally connected to the Divine higher self.

Know that everything is in you and all the answers are inside you.

And now you can easily tap into your higher self to receive guidance of Divine.

Be in this moment and feel the connection getting powerful as I go silent for a few seconds.

Ask your higher self right now,

What is the guidance for me now and as I go silent for a few seconds,

Listen carefully the guidance provided.

It will be recorded in your mind so that you can remember it easily even after this meditation ends.

Now that you receive the guidance,

You can go back to your normal life but as you stand up from that golden cushion,

You see a big pond on your right hand side.

You felt an urge to dive deep into this pond.

Now walking towards it,

You are standing at the edge of this pond and now slowly walking to the middle of this pond,

Your entire body is immersed in this water as you walk forward slowly.

Now your head is immersed in this pond but you can easily breathe under the water.

You are feeling relaxed and calm.

In this magical pond,

You can see all the negative pains,

Energies,

Issues,

Moments and situations of past leaving you.

All that doesn't serve you is leaving your body and energy field.

You now feel pure,

Serene and light.

All the hatred for anyone in this life or in any of the past lives is dissolving in this water.

You forgive everything and everyone,

Including yourself now.

Now all the darkness and negativity of past and present leave you in this water.

As I go silent,

See all the negativity leaving your body and aura peacefully and silently.

Once it all leaves you,

You'll feel lightened and renewed.

Once you feel it all gone,

Come out of the pond slowly.

Coming out of this pond,

You walk to the door of this temple and feel the relaxation unburdened you.

You feel this renewed energy.

You are reborn with all the negativities gone away from you.

And as you walk towards the door of the temple,

Before you leave this temple,

The angel comes to you.

The angel asks you that now you are clean,

As clean as a slate,

And you can write your life's page positively.

She asks you to be aware on daily basis about whatever you do,

And you can visit this temple and this pond whenever you wish to.

And then she bid you goodbye by placing a silver lightened bracelet on your left wrist.

She said that this is the divine energy to be with you and within you.

It may be invisible,

But you can easily ask this divine energy to guide you,

And you can easily connect to your higher self whenever you want.

So now,

With this powerful experience,

You walk through that glittery path ahead to the forest and out of this lush green forest.

Going slowly down this path,

You are taking back all the positivity of the divine universe that is at your back,

Helping you each and every moment.

Now slowly walking on this glittery silver path,

Feel shining just like this path,

You come back to your space,

Wherever you are,

You are back to this place and in this moment,

You feel the energy of tranquility and calmness.

And at the count of three,

You will take this energy with you throughout your day and night.

This powerful energy is going to accompany you.

Your higher self will keep guiding you throughout the day.

You just need to listen it and follow the guidance provided.

And as I count,

Three to one,

You will be back to your place and work on your day as well and everything will bring the blessed white light and guidance to you.

Now that you are connected to your divine higher self,

You are ready to thrive this world.

At the count of three to one,

You will open your eyes and come back to your daily life with more positivity and tranquility in your heart.

Three,

Coming back slowly to this divine world,

Taking the energy with you.

Two,

Becoming aware of your surroundings.

And one,

Open your eyes slowly and you are back with positivity.

You are back with the guidance and enormous connection to your higher self.

Whenever you feel a need to connect to your higher self or a guidance,

You can come back to this meditation anytime you like,

Leaving you with your higher self and guidance live and lie.
