When you're feeling too busy,
Stressed,
And feeling the pressure to do lots of work in not so much time.
Or maybe you just need a short pause,
A moment to breathe in some fresh air.
But you're at work,
And you only have a few minutes to catch your breath.
Imagine being in a room where there's just you.
Through the windows you see the sun is shining,
And you see the leaves in the tree move in a soft breeze.
And then you go to the windows,
And one by one you open them.
With each window you open,
You feel more fresh air enter the room.
And with each flow of fresh air,
You feel how stress and tension start to melt away.
As if with each window you open,
More tension flows outside.
When all the windows are open,
You enjoy the fresh air flowing in from all sides.
The soft breeze touching you even as you are inside.
You feel your hair move gently in the breeze.
And with every breath you take,
You feel lighter and more relaxed.
Your body and mind feel calmer,
And you notice there's more space and calm inside of you.
Breathe in some more of that fresh air.
