Imagine that you're walking in the mountains,

Surrounded by beautiful nature with an amazing view.

It's a beautiful day,

The sun is shining,

And you feel the warmth of the sunshine bringing a smile on your face.

You breathe in that fresh air of the mountains,

And you feel grateful for this amazing place that you are in,

This amazing,

Beautiful place in nature.

I would like to invite you to think of three things that you are grateful for.

No matter how small or how big,

You can choose what or who you want to think about.

Place your hands on your heart,

And as you think of those three things that you are grateful for,

You feel the magical energy of the mountains,

And you feel the gratitude in your heart.

Breathe slowly and deeply as you allow that feeling of gratitude to fill you more and more.

Feel the energy of gratitude flowing through your body,

Bringing that magical energy to every part of your body,

Filling every cell with the energy of gratitude,

Buzzing with energy,

Vibrating with gratitude.

Now take that beautiful energy,

That amazing energy of gratitude,

With you into your day and make today amazing.
