Close your eyes and place your hands on your heart,

Breathe slowly and observe how you are feeling right now,

Here in this very moment.

And whatever it is that you are experiencing,

Whatever emotions or feelings,

I'd love for you to know that it's all okay.

All emotions,

All feelings,

They are all valid,

They are all allowed to be there.

It does not make you a bad person if you have unhappy feelings,

If you have uncomfortable emotions.

You are an amazing human being,

No matter what you experience,

No matter what you feel.

So stop fighting these emotions,

Stop resisting these feelings.

Can you be open to embracing them,

To allowing them to be there?

Can you let them flow through your body?

Emotions and feelings often want to be heard,

Seen and felt.

And then when you allow them to flow through your body,

When you sit with them for a moment to feel and experience those feelings and those emotions,

Then it's so much easier for you to let them go,

Because they will feel seen and heard and acknowledged.

And life is not only unicorns and rainbows and sunshine and laughter.

Life is magical,

But not every moment is.

Things happen that make us feel sad or worried,

Anxious,

Angry or something completely different.

And that is all okay.

You are okay.

And you are always enough.

With your emotions,

With your experiences,

With your feelings,

With everything that is a part of you,

With everything that is a part of your life,

You are always enough.

And you don't have to be perfect to be amazing.

You are amazing the way you are.

You have always been amazing and you will always be amazing.

So give yourself a hug,

Hold yourself.

Hold yourself and your emotions and your feelings.

Feel the love for yourself.

You are okay.

You are okay.

And you are enough.

So be kind to yourself,

Treat yourself with respect,

Love and compassion.

Like you would treat a friend.

Speak to yourself with kindness from a place of love and hug yourself every day.

Just hold yourself,

Giving yourself love,

Saying to yourself that you are always enough and that you are okay.

Good luck with whatever it is that you are going through.

Be kind to yourself but reach out to someone if you need help.

You don't have to do everything alone.

It's okay to ask for help.

And it's okay to sometimes not feel okay.

It's okay to admit that to others.

It's okay.

You are okay.

And even if you are not okay,

You are still okay.

Because it's okay to not be okay.

Take a deep breath in and slowly breathe out.

And another deep breath in and slowly breathe out.
