When you’re feeling overwhelmed, take a few minutes to breathe and let go of stress and worries. Let the magical sounds of the chimes and my voice guide you as you release more with every breath. Breathe out tension and overwhelm, and make space for calm and relaxation. Feel how you relax more with every breath and sink into stillness and calm. Perfect for a peaceful morning start, a midday reset, or winding down before sleep. This short meditation will leave you feeling calm, clear, and centered. Chimes played: Zaphir chimes Crystalide (spring) and Sunray (summer)

With this short practice,

You are going to breathe in relaxation and breathe out stress,

Tension and worries.

I will guide you with the chimes.

So let's start.

Take a deep breath in,

Imagining breathing in relaxation and breathing out stress,

Tension,

Worries.

In relaxation,

Out stress,

Overwhelm,

Worries.

In relaxation,

Out stress,

Overwhelm.

Relaxation in,

Stress and worries out.

Relaxation in,

Stress,

Worries.

Breathe in relaxation.

Breathe out stress and tension.

Feel it flow out of your body when you breathe out.

When you breathe in,

Imagine that relaxation flowing through your body,

Filling you more and more.

Breathing out stress and tension,

Making space for more and more relaxation.

Breathe in that relaxation.

Breathe out stress and tension and overwhelm and more.

Relaxation in,

Stress and tension out.

Relaxation in,

Stress and tension out.

Feel how that relaxation now flows through your entire body.

Maybe you see it as a light,

Maybe you feel it as a flow of energy.

Just be aware of that relaxation and calm inside of you.

And take that relaxed feeling with you into your day or into your nights.
