Hello,
My name is Kiri and in this visualization we are going to be releasing our fears.
When you are ready coming into a comfortable position and we are going to start with some cannonball breathing.
How it works is you breathe in,
Hold for a second,
Then bring your lips into an O-shaped position and think about cannonballing the air out like you would be blowing out candles on a cake.
Let's do a few here together.
Breathe in,
Then cannonball out,
Completing four more cannonball breaths on your own.
Coming back into normal breathing and if you haven't yet we can close down our eyes,
Relaxing your shoulders as we work with our breath.
Using your inhales to center in to become more present and using your exhales to clear space and make room for releasing.
Leaving behind all your other priorities and dedicating this time just for you.
Keep breathing,
Feeling the air in your body as you breathe in and lengthening your exhales as you breathe out.
Continue to connect to your breath and lengthening your exhales longer than your inhales.
Coming back into normal breathing and in this relaxed and open space let's think of a moment when you are showing up in fear.
Go back to that moment of fear now.
Where are you?
Who are the people around you?
What feelings come up for you?
What feelings come up for you?
Label the feelings.
Is it lost,
Scared,
Uncertainty,
Frustrated,
Unmotivated,
Detached,
Unworthy?
Label your fear.
Your fears can be powerful teachers.
If you embrace their lessons they can set you free allowing you to go back to the light and step into your inner power but first you need to be willing to look at your fear.
Use this fear as a powerful teacher and ask if I embrace this fear what will it open up for me?
Let's feel into our bodies and find where our fears lie in our body.
Place your hand where you feel the fear in your body.
Once you find the fear in your body take this time to breathe in to the fear.
Ask your fear why are you here?
What are you here to teach me?
Now let's release the fear.
Picture a box in front of you.
Let's put all your fear,
Self-doubt,
Pain and negative self-talk into this box.
Go deeper by using your hands to move your fear from where you feel it in your body to the box in front of you.
Once you feel complete as all your box your fears are in the box let's close down the box and we can bring your hands back into a comfortable position.
As you release your fears into the box you start to feel lighter.
Some balloons are now placed on your box and your box starts to lift off the ground and float away.
As your fears float away in the box thank your fears for serving you as they are lessons that have taught you things.
They have served you at one point however now you are ready to release them.
As your box of fears is floating further and further away you can send it love,
Compassion and understanding.
You feel at peace as you watch the box get smaller and smaller until you can no longer spot it.
You smile knowing you're ready to step into a new way of being.
Breathe in to this new feeling.
Allow yourself to steep in its energy,
In its radiance.
Continue to stay in this new energy and notice how calm and peaceful you feel.
Let's bring our arms around you and give yourself a big hug.
Breathe in and squeeze and give yourself some love and on the exhale fully relaxing.
Repeating two more on your own as you breathe in giving yourself a big hug and relax.
One more deep breath in,
Squeeze maybe a smile comes to your face and relax.
Bringing your hands back down into a comfortable position and coming back into normal breathing.
Connecting back to your breath as you feel the air as you breathe in and feel the air as you breathe out.
Breathing in and out.
Breathing in and out.
Whenever you are ready you can slowly start to come back to the space around you.
Wiggling your hands and toes.
Maybe coming into a little bit of a stretch as you eventually open up your eyes and come back to the space around you.
