Hi,

This is Kinga and this is your audio hug.

For the moments when your mind won't stop racing,

When your chest feels tight and your body is bracing for something that isn't even here,

When calm feels far away and every breath feels like a task.

Anxiety isn't who you are,

It is your body trying to protect you,

To keep you safe from a danger that might not even exist anymore.

It means your system cares about you,

It means it's listening.

And right now it just needs a little help remembering that you're safe.

So take a breath,

Feel the air moving through you,

In,

Out,

Slow and steady.

You don't have to fix anything,

You don't have to figure anything out.

You just have to let your body know that it can soften.

And what if this feeling isn't the enemy,

But a signal?

What if anxiety isn't showing you what's wrong,

But where your body is ready to release?

And what if this intensity is only energy asking to move?

You are not broken,

You are awakening,

You're remembering what it feels like to be alive.

So let the breath carry you home,

To presence,

To peace,

To now.

Come back to this hug whenever your body forgets that it's safe to exhale.
