I Can Birth My Baby Calmly

Birth can be overwhelming if we lose control of the breath. I practised this breath and affirmation every night for months when I was pregnant and was able to birth my 10 pounds, 5-ounce daughter calmly with no yelling and no drugs. The mind is powerful when we focus our intention on ourselves. This meditation is also useful if you have a Caesarean. Congratulations and enjoy the journey of motherhood.
