All right,

So close your eyes and just allow your entire body to begin to melt into your bed,

Readying it for a deep sleep,

A rejuvenation of not just the body and the cells,

But of the mind of your emotions and your energy.

And I'll set the intention with your higher self,

With your consciousness and universal consciousness,

The mother earth energy,

That may your body,

Mind,

And soul release any excess energy,

Baggage,

Negativity,

And fully form this beautiful column of alignment so that you are guided,

You are driven,

And you are led onto your path of joy,

Of impact,

And abundance,

All of it with ease and grace.

So take a gentle breath in now.

And as you exhale,

Begin to let your shoulders,

Your back,

Your hips,

Your calves,

The soles of your feet,

Just melt into the bed.

Take a slow,

Gentle breath in again.

And this time,

Allow your neck,

Your face,

Your arms,

Your belly,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

And your feet to completely relax.

Take a slow,

Gentle breath in again.

And this time,

Let your hands lose your arms,

Your elbows,

Allowing your palms to be facing upwards to just receive the blessings that you deserve and you desire.

I'm now going to count you back from 10 to 1.

And as I count you backwards,

I'd like you to imagine that you're walking down a flight of stairs.

These stairs are just so beautiful and leading into the most calming beach you've ever been on.

8,

Deeper and deeper,

7,

6,

5,

Deeper and deeper,

4,

3,

2,

And 1.

I'd like you to imagine now that you're walking barefoot on this beautiful beach.

You can feel the graininess of the sand in your feet.

You can feel the cool breeze in your hair,

Your skin.

And you just feel within the core of your being,

The softness,

The harmony,

The gentleness,

And the flow of the universe,

The flow of Mother Earth.

I'd like you to stand at whatever spot calls out to you at this beach and breathe in that energy of flow,

Breathe out the energy of control,

Breathe in the softness in which the breeze blows towards you,

That graceful movement,

And breathe out the need for perfectionism,

The need for validation,

Breathe in the beauty of uncertainty of the waves.

When is it going to come stronger?

When is it going to come gentler?

But whenever it comes,

It's just so beautiful,

It washes away,

It does what it has to,

Breathe in that comfort of uncertainty,

The knowing that whatever happens is for your highest and best,

And breathe out the fear and the insecurity.

I'd like you to walk closer to the water now and place your feet in,

Ankle deep in,

Or up to your knees,

Whatever is your level of comfort.

And just in this moment,

Allow the energy of the water,

The purity of the sea,

The depth of the sea,

To pull out the need for validation,

To pull out the insecurities,

To pull out the double guessing,

To pull out the delay of execution from your being right now,

By merely standing there and setting your intention,

Let it go.

And as you keep standing there,

And your body releases this so willingly,

Because we are all connected,

The universe recognizes you,

You notice the clouds parting.

And as the clouds part,

The sun begins to shine onto your head,

As if it was a spotlight on you.

Notice the warmth that you feel on your hair,

Your skin.

Notice how the beautiful yellow golden light is entering every pore of your skin,

Reminding you that you are taken care of,

Reminding you that the light within and above you is always guiding you,

Shining on you.

Take a moment to receive this warmth,

This light,

This guidance.

I'd like you now to come back from the water and sit somewhere in the sand.

And as you do so,

You notice three pebbles,

Three seashells,

Right in front of you.

You pick up the first seashell,

And as you turn it over,

You notice a word,

There's a message for you.

What is that message?

You may see it,

You may hear it,

Or you may not even hear it and see it,

But your consciousness will exactly know what it is for you to receive that message.

You pick up the second seashell,

And once again,

There's a message of what you need to do today,

Or tomorrow,

Or this week,

Or this month.

Is it clearing the past?

Is it letting go?

Or is it stepping into your power?

Receive that message right now.

And you finally pick up the third seashell.

And this is a message of how to add self-care into your life.

Allow that message to reveal itself to you right now.

Even if you don't see it,

Your body will know where to lead you.

All you need to do is to lean in.

I'd like you to take a moment to stay in this space of the universe,

In the space of receiving,

In this space of trust,

Releasing all the energies that you've picked up through the day,

Releasing all the doubts that you've picked up through the week or the month or the year,

And releasing all the subconscious fears that's been reinforced through all these years.

And just receiving from the sunlight,

From the sea breeze,

From the warmth in the sand,

The energy of protection,

The energy of safety,

And the energy of guidance.

Take a slow deep breath in and end your day with this surrender prayer,

Higher self,

Universe and God,

Or God,

Whatever you believe in.

I want to step into the power of my being,

The capacity of my soul,

While receiving your abundance,

Your love,

My soul family,

Show me where to lean in,

Guide me where to go and step into my energy to make it flow in ease and grace.

Take a gentle breath in,

And as you exhale,

Drift off into this energy for a deep,

Relaxing,

Rejuvenating sleep of the body,

Mind and soul.
