Transcript

So making yourself comfortable in your bed.

When you're ready,

Take a deep breath in.

And as you breathe out,

Close your eyes and begin to relax.

Bringing your attention to your breath.

Noticing in particular the sensation in your chest.

As you breathe deeply in and slowly out.

Allowing your breathing to flow naturally and easily.

Each breath,

Feeling more and more relaxed.

Each breath,

Helping you to slow down your thoughts.

To slow down your body.

Breathing deeply in.

And gently out.

And not attaching to the words I use.

Allowing your intuitive mind to guide you to a deeper state of ease.

And tranquility.

To go beyond your conditioned mind.

The silent wisdom of your awareness.

Letting go of judgements.

Noticing your ability to feel.

To be aware of your own opinions.

And then gently bring your attention back to the sensations in your body.

An incredibly powerful way of allowing the thought,

The emotion,

Feelings come.

And feelings go.

This is part of the human experience.

That you no longer have to follow your automatic train of thought.

Because this session is designed to help you perceive,

To perceive more strongly.

At any given moment,

You have the power to choose what you want to feel.

And you are empowered to notice your thoughts.

To notice your emotions.

To be aware of the story.

Or your inner narrative.

That also arises with your thoughts.

With your emotions.

And if they bring you pain or suffering.

To know that you are strong enough to allow these emotions.

Without dwelling on them.

Turning your attention from the negative thoughts.

From the difficult emotions.

As you focus on the sensations of your body.

Helping you to go beyond your conditioned mind.

To the inner spaciousness.

And inner peace.

That is always with you.

In the here.

In the now.

Also bringing your attention to your body.

To connect more deeply.

With the well of peace.

Tranquility.

And contentment.

The subtle power within.

With great reserves of compassion.

Creativity.

Patience.

And courage reside.

Beginning now.

At the top of your head.

Your attention moves on down.

To your forehead.

To your eyes.

Releasing.

Letting go of all those muscles.

As your attention passes over.

Softly.

Gently.

Down your cheeks.

To your jaw.

A calming wave of peace.

And serenity.

Travelling through your body.

And as your body relaxes.

Your mind too.

Feels quieter.

And quieter.

Travelling slowly now.

Down the back of your neck.

And gently across your shoulders.

So very peaceful.

Letting go to deeper levels of tranquility.

Of inner peace.

Than you have ever experienced before.

Continuing lightly down your arms.

Slow.

And soothing.

To your hands.

All the way down.

To the tips of your fingers.

Aware of sensations.

Of lightness.

Of heaviness.

And your body relaxes more deeply.

Now at the top of your back.

Continuing down.

Down.

All the way down.

To your lower back.

A beautiful sense of well-being.

And joy.

Travelling through your body.

Through your mind.

And breathing in deeply.

Your attention now moves across your chest.

And slowly.

Lightly down.

To your tummy.

Deeper.

And deeper still.

Continuing down to your legs.

To your thighs.

Your knees.

And your calves.

All the way down to your feet.

To the very tips of your toes.

Aware of the stillness of your body.

Your mind open.

And ready to accept the positive suggestions that I make.

For your subconscious mind.

To let go of old and limiting beliefs.

Beliefs that no longer serve you well.

To accept new patterns of behaviour.

That are more beneficial for you.

So that you begin to experience.

The healing wisdom of your attention to the present moment.

Noticing how much more confident.

Calm.

And creative you feel.

In your everyday waking state.

So to deepen the state of hypnosis.

Of deep relaxation.

You can imagine.

See yourself in your mind's eye now.

You are standing in the ruins of an ancient temple.

Walking slowly.

Through this tranquil,

Healing place.

Each step.

Feeling more and more relaxed.

Connected.

To the beauty and tranquility of this landscape.

And you see that amongst the large stones of this ancient temple.

The beautiful trees are growing.

The roots of these trees.

Growing through the cracks.

And over the broken stones.

A wonderful sense of peace.

Of wonders.

And you can hear the birds above in the trees.

Seeing them flying between the branches.

You're aware of the warmth of the sun on your skin.

Soothing.

And tranquil.

How very good it is to be you.

To be part of this landscape.

A growing sense of ease.

And well-being.

And just ahead of you.

There are some steps.

And you somehow know.

That these steps.

Lead you even deeper into your subconscious mind.

Feeling safe.

Relaxed.

Happy.

And I will guide you slowly and safely down the steps.

With each step down.

Drifting.

Into a deeper state of peace.

To open.

To feel and know.

The truth.

And tranquillity.

That is within you.

The subtle.

Quiet power.

Of presence.

Of awareness.

To this very moment.

And then this moment.

Being paradoxically anchored.

And flowing with the now.

So see yourself now.

At the top of the steps.

You take the first step down.

On ten.

Light.

Relaxed.

And calm.

Nine.

Deeper down.

Eight.

Letting go.

Quieter and quieter.

Seven.

Gently.

Confidently.

Six.

Drifting.

And floating.

Five.

So very,

Very relaxed.

All the way down.

Four.

Three.

Two.

One.

And from this blissful state of relaxation.

You are aware that within you.

There is a place.

Of deep inner peace.

And intuition.

A place.

That is free of anxiety.

That is the seat.

Of your authentic self.

A place of compassion.

Courage.

And wisdom.

And to know.

That this is always with you.

Wherever you choose to go.

A state of being.

An inner world.

A land of tranquil light.

And by listening to this session.

You are learning more easily.

To find this place within.

Empowering you.

To naturally respond to your life.

To people.

And situations.

With renewed vitality.

And resourcefulness.

Taking you beyond.

Your programmed reactions.

To welcome.

And use more effectively.

Your strengths.

Your own wisdom.

Your voice.

And by being more present.

You begin to alter your karma.

To transform difficulties.

Into opportunities.

Every situation.

Bringing with it.

The opportunity.

To transform.

Outdated perceptions.

To transform them.

Into empowered decisions.

To see the world anew.

And with this clarity of insight.

You naturally influence your environment.

To find yourself.

Living from a higher state of life.

And in doing so.

You understand too.

That you have all the courage.

Wisdom.

And loving kindness.

To face challenging experiences.

You are happy.

Confident.

Empowered.

Facing all problems directly.

With a willingness to allow.

And the courage to respond.

Each difficulty.

Becomes an opportunity.

For you to see who you really are.

To know and feel.

That in you which cannot be destroyed.

Your infinite beauty.

And strength.

Feeling more positive.

And focusing.

Appreciating the wonderful gifts.

That are presented to you.

In every moment.

So that you realize more fully.

That there is only one person.

Who has the power to influence.

What you feel.

And that person.

Is you.

Beginning to see.

To perceive more deeply.

That your environment.

Is a reflection of your inner state.

As within.

And so without.

Oneness of mind.

Body.

And world.

And so now.

It's time for you to drift easily into sleep.

Your subconscious mind.

Continuing to process the benefits.

Of inner peace.

As you dream.

So that you wake in the morning.

Feeling positive.

Revitalized.

Confident.

And calm.

Aware of your awareness.

Flowing into the eternal now.

At one.

With the present moment.

The true power of peace.

That is always with you.

Part of your mind.

Body.

Soul.

So drifting gently into sleep.

And should you need to wake during the night at all.

You do so.

You easily find.

You fall naturally back to sleep.

Waking only.

At a time you set for yourself.

Feeling so relaxed.

Tranquil.
