Hello,

My name is Kim and welcome to today's meditation.

I'll be your guide for this intention setting meditation.

Let's get still.

Put your ear down close to your soul and listen hard.

And sextant.

I invite you to get as comfortable as possible sitting or lying down.

Allow your eyes to gently close.

If you wish,

You can put one hand on your heart space and the other on your tummy.

Or you can put your hands on your sides or loose in your lap.

Just make sure you're good and comfortable.

Now take a nice long,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

And let it go.

Take another nice long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and hold it.

And slowly release it.

One more.

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and hold it.

And release it with a sigh.

Become mindful of the natural rhythm of your breath.

The natural flow of your breath.

Moving in and out.

Your breath is slow and easy.

There's nowhere else to be except right here.

Right now.

In this present moment.

Now that you've settled in.

Nestled into this comfortable,

Quiet space.

Imagine,

If you will,

A beautiful stretch of beach.

With ocean waves moving gently in and out.

With the rhythm of your lovely breath.

There are diamonds sparkling in the aqua clear waters.

The sand is cool and pink.

Beneath your bare feet.

There are palm trees here that fill the atmosphere with lush,

Green,

Clean air.

And beautiful puffs of clouds fill the sky.

There are lots of places here for you to rest.

So you can sit at the shore.

Or you can lie in a crisp,

Comfortable hammock.

Or even go into the waters to swish your feet,

If you wish.

As the sun beams down on you.

Warm and comfortable on your skin.

You settle in and get very comfortable.

You noticed in your hand a small water lily.

It can be any color you wish.

You take the flower and hold it to your heart.

It begins to glow a golden light as your hand touches your heart.

Begin to silently ask yourself the sole question.

What do I want?

What do I want?

Sitting here by the water as it all passes by.

What do I want?

What does my heart truly long for?

Keep breathing.

Let the answers flow.

What really matters to me?

What do I want?

Don't try to come up with the answers.

Let the source,

The capital S from within you,

Come up with the answers.

Just listen.

Keep breathing.

What do I want?

What makes my heart sing?

Listen deeply.

The answers are all there inside of you.

Let's set an intention.

Now hold your water lily to your heart.

With your intention in mind.

And as you're holding that water lily to your heart,

Here in this beautiful place of manifestation,

Say out loud,

As you picture the things in your mind's eye,

Say out loud,

Thank you.

Now open your palm and let the water lily free.

Let it melt into your heart and silently say,

Thank you.

Trusting and knowing that the universe will reveal the deeper answers to you in time and in the right way.

Trusting and knowing my own will come to me.

Everything is working out for me.

My own will come to me.

Everything is working out for me.

You have released your intention.

You have let it melt into your heart and soul.

Now continue to rest in this quiet place.

And we'll take this deeper with a mantra.

Aham Brahmasmi.

I am the universe.

That's what it actually means.

But we know we use a mantra for its vibrational purpose.

Aham Brahmasmi.

Say it out loud with me three times.

Aham Brahmasmi.

Aham Brahmasmi.

Aham Brahmasmi.

Now whisper it.

Aham.

Continue repeating the mantra silently without moving your tongue or your lips.

And when you find that the mantra has slipped away,

That's okay.

Just bring it back.

You don't have to force it.

You don't have to push it.

You don't even have to concentrate on it.

Just slowly keep bringing the mantra back.

Aham Brahmasmi.

Aham Brahmasmi.

Aham Brahmasmi.

Keep escorting your attention back to the mantra.

Aham Brahmasmi.

Aham Brahmasmi.

I'll watch the time.

And when you hear my voice,

Continue keeping your eyes closed and sitting quietly.

Aham Brahmasmi.

Aham Brahmasmi.

Slowly let go of the mantra.

Witness your breath moving in.

Just rest.

Take a nice long,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

Still resting.

And keeping your eyes closed.

Take another nice long,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

And hold it.

One more.

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

And hold it.

And release it with a sigh.

Okay.

Listen to your gentle breath.

Feel your heart opening.

As you slowly open your eyes,

Put your ear down close to your soul.

And listen hard.

Namaste.
