Hello,
My name is Kim and welcome to today's meditation.
I'll be your guide for this brief mantra meditation.
Let's get still.
Do you have the patience to wait until your mud settles and the water is clear?
Can you remain unmoving until the right action arises by itself?
As always,
Find a quiet spot where you won't be disturbed.
In a position sitting or lying down.
Allow your eyes to gently close.
If you wish,
You can put one hand on your heart space and the other on your tummy.
Or leave your hands at your sides or gently resting in your lap.
Just make sure you are comfortable.
Comfort is love and love is comfort.
So get good and comfortable.
Love on yourself.
Now take a nice long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
Hold it.
And slowly release it.
Take another nice long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and hold it.
And let it go with a sigh.
Become mindful of the natural rhythm of your breath.
The natural flow of your breath as it moves in and out effortlessly.
Gently.
I invite you to begin repeating the mantra.
The mind tool for today that will allow you to travel into deeper,
Deeper levels of awareness.
Say it out loud with me.
A hum.
Now whisper it.
A hum.
Begin to say it silently to yourself without moving your tongue or your lips.
A hum.
A hum.
A hum.
I'll watch the time.
And when you hear the sound of my voice,
Just sit gently with your eyes closed.
A hum.
A hum.
A hum.
Keeping your eyes closed,
Let go of the mantra.
And just observe your gentle breath.
Just rest in the stillness and the silence.
Now take a nice long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And hold it.
Slowly let it go.
Take another nice,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and hold it.
And slowly release it with a sigh.
As we come to a close of this meditation,
Feel free to open your eyes and stretch.
Move slowly,
Taking your time.
Always sit gently for a few moments before opening your eyes and moving on.
Namaste.
Namaste.
