This guided meditation will help you clear and release anything in your body or your field that you'd like to release at this time.
You may wish to clear something from your physical body like pain,
Tension or discomfort,
Or release something from your emotional body like sadness,
Fear or resentment.
You can also release things from your mental body like anxiety,
Confusion,
Doubt.
And you can clear things from your spiritual body like feelings of not belonging or needing to over-effort or control.
You can also simply form the intention to release all that isn't in your highest good from the physical,
Emotional,
Mental and spiritual bodies.
It's good practice to clear your energetic field every day.
As always,
Let your intuition guide you throughout this process and please make this meditation your own.
Begin by getting cozy,
Either seated or lying down.
Make sure that you feel supported,
Comfortable and at ease.
Then take three deep,
Soft breaths at a pace and in a way that feels really nourishing for you.
And now begin to lovingly scan the body starting at the top of your head.
Getting curious and noticing your scalp,
Your skull,
Your brain,
Your face,
Your jaw,
Your jaw and all the skin at the top of your head.
And as you scan,
Just lovingly send breath to any parts of your head,
Your face or your jaw that feels tight or constricted.
As you become more and more aware of the state of being of the top of your head and your mind,
Imagine you can assign a weather to symbolize the current state of this part of your body.
What does the weather feel like in this moment?
Just scan down to your neck,
Your shoulders,
Arms and hands.
Just witnessing and sending breath to these parts of your body.
Feel your chest and your heart space.
And as you breathe into the center of your chest and into your heart space,
Continue to witness the heart with compassion and ease.
Scan down to your rib cage and stomach area.
Notice any feelings that are in this area of your body.
The stomach is where we tend to hold stress.
If it feels good,
Send some loving breath to your stomach and all of the organs in your torso.
Notice the area of your pelvis,
Your hips,
Thighs and hamstrings.
Imagine your knees,
Your lower legs,
Your ankles,
Heels and your feet.
Feel your entire body,
The miraculous nature of how it functions and carries you through this life.
In feeling the entirety of the body,
Allow yourself to sink more and more deeply into your place resting on the earth.
Allow yourself to feel soft,
Supported and held.
Take a moment to describe or identify the feeling or the pattern that you'd like to release now.
What are you ready to let go of in this moment?
If it feels good,
You can name the pattern or feeling or you can set an intention that all feelings and all patterns that are not in your highest good be released.
Now say to yourself by mirroring my voice in your head or by saying out loud,
I now release these unwanted energies through every cell of my body on all levels,
Planes,
Times,
Dimensions,
Through all levels of consciousness,
Through every cell of my being.
They are released,
Deleted and destroyed by the power of my intention on all levels,
Dimensions,
Planes,
Times and all levels of consciousness.
Now allow them to be cleared by grace.
Allow all of the unwanted energies,
Patterns to be fully released from your physical,
Emotional,
Mental and spiritual bodies.
You may see or feel,
Know or hear or even just imagine them being cleansed,
Being cleared and being released.
And once the clearing feels complete,
Take a moment to describe to yourself internally or out loud the universal truth or qualities that you'd like to embody now in place of those patterns.
Perhaps it's a phrase like perfect health and wellbeing or peace,
Ease,
Receptivity,
Love or any other possibility.
Just allow that quality or universal truth to come forward at this time.
And you might imagine like a grid of diamond white light or golden light just streaming down from above the crown of your head and filling your energetic and physical bodies with this new universal truth or this quality.
And as you breathe,
Just imagine that these qualities fill every cell of your being.
And continue to breathe and invite this energy in until you feel a sense of wholeness and a sense of completion.
And when you're ready,
Take a soft,
Full,
Energizing breath.
Feel the muscles of your back,
Your belly and your ribs just stretching gently.
And slowly move your fingers and your toes as you bring yourself and your awareness back to your position on the earth.
Gently stretch.
And whenever you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
