This meditation will guide you into the energetic space of your Akashic Records and your own "Book of Life," where you'll ask a question and receive information related to an area of your life (a relationship, your work, your health, family, pet, or anything else that affects you directly). At the end you'll feel more connected to your soul's truth and Universal wisdom.

Hello and welcome.

This guided meditation will help you connect with the wisdom,

Guidance,

And healing that's available within your own Akashic records.

As we get started,

It's helpful to set an intention,

Or maybe even create a question that you'd like to receive information on.

Your question could be about a relationship,

Something about your work,

Your health,

Your family,

Your pet,

Or anything that affects you directly at this time.

During the meditation,

You'll be guided to ask your question.

And typically an open-ended question works really well.

So for example,

If I'm facing a challenge with my friend named Sam,

I might ask,

What can I do to improve my relationship with my friend Sam?

Or what's a higher perspective on the challenges I'm facing with Sam?

If I'm feeling kind of tired and sluggish in my physical body,

I could ask a question like,

What can I do to feel more vibrant in my physical body?

You can ask things like what to release,

What's my truth in this moment?

What can I learn today?

How can I bring more joy into my life?

Really,

There's no limit on the kinds of questions that you can ask.

So if you like,

Just take a moment now and note your question.

And before we begin the process of relaxing the physical body,

I'd like you to feel free to adapt any of the suggestions or directions in this guided meditation to suit you.

Allow your intuition and your own inner knowing to shine through each step of this process.

Make this meditation yours.

Let's start by getting comfortable.

And whether you're sitting upright or lying down,

Just ensure that your physical body feels supported,

Relaxed,

And in the right temperature.

Let's begin with three soft breaths at a pace that feels really nourishing and comforting for you.

And with each exhale,

Allow yourself to settle more deeply into your space resting on the earth.

Allow your muscles to relax.

Allow all the skin on your face to relax.

Allow your physical body to feel held.

And now begin to focus your awareness on your heart center.

This is the space directly in the center of your chest.

Imagine there's a shining light emanating from your heart space.

And now gently follow your breath as it moves through your heart center,

Filling the space of your heart with warmth.

And with each breath in and out,

Just expanding this natural space of love,

Light,

And warmth within your heart center.

And with each breath,

Just allow that light,

Allow that warmth to emanate in all directions inside your physical body.

So it's as if the light of your heart,

The light of your soul is emanating through every cell of your being,

Allowing your whole physical body to be filled and flooded with the light of your heart.

With your next breath,

Imagine there's a brilliant white light shining above you.

Feel the warmth of this light.

You might imagine that it's like someone who loves you very,

Very deeply is just shining all of their love upon you.

Allow your breath to draw this soft,

Sweet light in through the top of your head,

Down through your face,

The back of your head,

Your neck,

Drawing it down to your shoulders,

The lengths of your arms and hands,

Down through your chest,

Upper back,

Down through your torso,

Pelvis,

Your legs,

And your feet.

Just take another moment to allow that light to shine in every part of your being and every cell of your body,

Filling you up with a sense of warmth,

Safety,

Peace,

And love.

You're becoming so filled with light that you find your shining white light self just rises naturally and easily right above your body.

Allow yourself to feel free.

You can see that your physical body is safe and that you remain connected to your body with a strong,

Clear cord of light.

Allow yourself to float higher following this cord of light above your body,

Above your room,

Above your building,

Floating higher and feeling more free as you float up above your city and above the clouds.

And now you find yourself in a room of beautiful,

Shining,

Brilliant diamond white light.

Just imagine this room in your mind's eye.

Just allow all of your senses to be activated.

And in this room,

You feel safer and more powerful and connected than you have ever felt before.

Allow yourself to take in this space.

Feel a sense of lightness,

Of ease,

And of love in this beautiful room.

Now become aware of one part of the room that shines more brightly than the rest of the room.

And in this part of the room,

You'll find a beautiful book.

It could either be sitting on a shelf or out by itself.

And in your mind's eye,

Walk to the book and take it in your hands.

Feel the sense of promise as the question that you're about to ask will be answered.

Just notice the weight of the book,

The texture,

The color,

The smell.

Now find a place to sit comfortably with the book in your hands.

And when you're ready,

Ask your question.

And then open the book and find yourself on a page that contains the answer to your question.

The answer could come in the form of an image,

A word,

A sound,

Or any other possibility.

And now take another moment to receive any additional information about your question.

And when that feels complete,

Go ahead and close the book and return it to its place in your room.

Just take a moment to look around your room,

Knowing that this is a place you can return to at any moment in time that you wish.

And when you're ready,

Find the cord of light that connects you down to the earth.

Just easily remembering how to follow that cord is down to the clouds,

Down to the city,

Down to your building,

All the way down to your room,

To your body.

Now take a soft,

Deep breath.

Just gently stretching the muscles of your back,

Your arms and legs,

And slowly wiggling your fingers and toes as you bring yourself and your awareness fully back to your position resting on the earth.

Just take another soft,

Deep,

Rejuvenating breath.

And when you're ready,

You can blink open your eyes.
