This guided meditation will help you clear your energy field.
It'll strengthen your connection to the earth and to the heart of the universe.
Once your energy field is cleared,
You'll be enveloped in a soft bubble of light,
Allowing you to feel protected and at peace throughout your day.
It's good practice to clear your energy field every day.

Let your intuition guide you throughout this meditation.
And please make this practice your own.
Either seated or lying down.
Now take a nice deep inhale and hold it if that feels comfortable.
And once you exhale,
Exhale fully.
Taking deep breaths in.
And then allow yourself to completely.
As you exhale,
Allow any tension,
Any breathing,
Any tension out.
And then take a moment to feel the entire body,
This vessel that moves you.
So often we're in our head connected to thought and the feelings generated by the mind.
We can ground ourselves simply by sensing the body.
Breathing into the body.
With the physical sensations that are occurring right here.
Feel all the skin that's exposed to the air.
Pulse the beating of your heart.
Feel into all the parts of the body that are pressing down on the earth.
And as you feel into the body and its entirety,
Allow the body to soften.
Allow the body to settle.
Imagine there's a soft pull of energy down below you.
A grounding energy from the earth.
Light just pooling there below you.
And now see that this soft,
Grounding light starts to move upwards through the body.
Every vein and all the fibers of the body.
Imagine that green light moving upward from the bottom of your feet up through all your vertebrae.
And as it circulates,
It heals,
Cleanses,
Purifies.
And now bring your awareness to the top of your head.
Imagine above your head,
There's a radiant pool of light shining down upon you.
It's as if the heart of the universe is smiling all of its love down on you.
Imagine this pool of golden light connect with its warmth as it shines down on the crown of your head.
Allow it to flow down the lengths of your arms.
Down through the whole body.
And as it radiates upon you,
It brings you a sense of lightness,
Connection,
Cleansing,
And clearing.
And now bring your awareness to your heart center.
And imagine that there,
In the center of your chest,
There is a brilliant,
Brilliant light that radiates from your heart through your body to expand outward into your auric field.
And now bring your awareness to the top of your head.
Surrounding you in a soft,
Sweet bubble of light.
Breathe softly and allow this bubble of light to surround your entire body now.
See the bubble at the perfect distance from your body.
On this bubble of light.
And notice a soft mirror quality to the bubble.
With a reflective energy that will repel any energies that are not in your highest good.
Breathe into your heart.
And breathe out into the soft field of light.
Knowing you're safe.
When you're ready,
Gently bring your awareness and back to your space.
And back to the sounds around you.
Before you move on,
Just noting how you feel right now.
Whatever parts of the meditation resonated with you,
Carry them with you into the rest of your day.
