I invite you to put a smile on your face and to say silently to yourself,

I'm ready to be my best self.
Let's now set an intention for this day ahead.
Think of something you would like to commit to,
Something that would bring you joy or bring you closer to a life goal,
Or promote your own health or well-being.
And once you've landed on this intention,
I invite you to state clearly to yourself that you commit to doing this thing today.
I invite you now to visualize yourself moving through this day with your head held high in confidence,
With a smile on your face,
With a smile on your face,
And with an openness and curiosity towards all the experiences awaiting you today.
See yourself moving through the steps of your day,
Your day unfolding smoothly and with positive outcomes.
See yourself engaging in every interaction with compassion and clarity.

And I invite you to take special notice of the moments in your day when you are accomplishing the intention that you set for yourself this morning.
