This is a guided auditory experience, where we will practice realizing that no matter the situation, we can feel better. Visualizing a beautiful grass field and rainstorm, we will practice reprogramming the way we experience high-stress situations. I will guide you through finding inner safety during an escalating storm. And you will come out on the other side with a growing sense of calm and confidence.
