So let's take a deep breath,
Bring your tongue up,
Close your lips and relax your jaw.
Awesome!
So today I would like to share with you a very good exercise to improve your speech,
You know,
To get a proper articulation and to speak very very nicely.
So you can do this exercise every day before you go to work or even if you have when you have a presentation or you have to talk to your boss or something like that.
It's very very good to relax your jaw and to get a really good speech.
So let's start.
You have a sentence and this sentence is called my mindfulness mind has marvelous memories and I take care of my smile.
So just say this sentence once,
Repeat it.
My mindfulness mind has marvelous memories and I take care of my smile.
And now you take your thumb like this and you put it between your front teeth.
And it's very important now to say this sentence three times and you try to make it as good as possible.
So if somebody would stand here in front of you,
He or she should understand what you are saying.
Okay,
So let's try it.
Take the thumb between your teeth.
My mindfulness mind has marvelous memories and I take care of my smile.
My mindfulness mind has marvelous memories and I take care of my smile.
My mindfulness mind has marvelous memories and I take care of my smile.
Thumbs out and now again.
My mindfulness mind has marvelous memories and I take care of my smile.
So maybe you can hear the improvement when you listen to me but normally you should feel it that after this thumb speaking your articulation,
Your speech is very very good.
