God Meditation.

This meditation helps you agitated and discursive thoughts,

Concerns,

Worries,

Anxiety,

And also you have fear,

You're scared,

You know,

Too much fear.

All these things help and also help you concentrate whatever job or whatever you have to do,

And help you concentrate.

But if you do meditation longer time,

That also strengthen your mind very strongly.

So today,

I'm going to teach you simple visualization meditation.

So first,

Sitting is better if you have cushion or chair,

Somewhere you can sit very comfortably.

And then,

You can stand very straight,

Neck straight,

Chest open,

Shoulders extend a little bit.

But the most important,

You make sure you are comfortable.

And granted,

But not too relaxed,

Stay as a firm body.

Okay,

You can shake your body,

You can move around your body,

And you can make sure find very stable position.

After that,

Then you big breathing in and hold few seconds as much as you can.

And then,

Breathing out slowly from the nose,

Just slowly and longer.

And again,

Breathing in slowly,

Breathing in longer slowly,

Like one,

Two,

Three.

Maybe hold one second or two seconds,

And then breathing out.

Do this a few times,

Circle in your pace.

Do few times,

Circle in your pace.

I do it,

But you don't have to follow me,

Because you can do your best,

Or you can follow me.

Just breathing in,

Hold,

Breathing out.

Hold,

Breathing in.

Breathing out,

Hold,

Then breathing in.

Hold,

And breathing out.

Do this,

Your pace,

Few times.

Then,

Now you are calm,

Your mind is calm,

Your body is calm,

So breathing normal.

Make sure your breathing is normal,

And your mind is only focusing breathing in or out,

Nowhere else,

Not agitated anywhere else.

Just focus this a few seconds,

And then visualize it.

Before this life,

You are a princess.

You are a very intelligent and beautiful princess.

You can imagine whatever you like,

And you have a wonderful life.

Even in a palace,

Incredible luxury.

And then,

Incredible luxury,

So many people love you,

Respect you,

Admire you,

And fantasize you.

However,

All your life is good.

Only one thing is a lack,

Is you did not understand what people need,

What other people like.

You couldn't imagine.

So,

One day you suddenly pass away.

Then you have an invisible body,

But you realize you left the visible body.

And then you went everywhere,

But nobody recognized you.

Everybody crying,

Saying we lost the princess.

Everybody miserable.

Then you say,

I'm here,

I'm here,

But they didn't see you.

They didn't hear you.

You try to touch them,

But they can't feel you.

But one minute you're there,

But one minute elsewhere.

You are jumping everywhere without your choice.

Millions of miles away you are in one second.

So you didn't know what happened.

You try to enter everywhere,

And then you try to enter everywhere.

You try to fit in anywhere,

But you could not fit it.

So,

Then you lost your family,

Your nation,

Everything you don't know where now.

So you try to fit anybody's family.

Nobody let you come.

Nobody let you come.

So,

Finally your parents let you come.

So you born this place,

Another person that you are.

So visualize it in your mother's stomach,

How many months you stay.

And how many months mother had difficulty and sacrifice.

Imagine all of them.

And when you born,

How difficult for you and for your mother.

But they are happy at least.

Then think about how difficult it is to bring up a child that doesn't know anything.

The most dirty things,

They have to rub with hands,

Mouth,

Tongue.

And you don't let everybody sleep.

Whole night mother,

Father cannot sleep.

Have to take care of you.

So visualize it,

This all,

And then your childhood.

Visualize it,

Everything.

Visualize it,

Everything.

All your life.

So,

All your life.

All life grow up.

Everything you visualize it.

Enter this stage.

And whatever situation new today,

Up to here.

What is next stage coming is going to be wonderful.

Why?

Because now you looking inside.

Before you always look external.

Now you looking inside.

So,

Think about every breathing in and out.

And make sure you feel it.

Before you not feel,

But now you can feel.

Can you color it?

Breathing in,

White color.

Breathing out,

Yellow color.

Breathing in,

Green color.

And then breathing out,

Blue color.

Any color you like,

Breathing in.

Any color you don't like,

Breathing out.

Imagine everything you like energy coming in.

Everything you don't like,

They go away.

Left your body,

Disease,

Anything you don't like.

That means you create a new world.

You create an excellent world.

Okay?

So your future going to be very bright.

Very joyful.

And very beneficial.

Everyone cherish you.

Everyone admire you.

So you can imagine your dreams come out.

Somehow then,

Some of events happen to you even better than your dreams.

Because your dreams wasn't good as the reality.

So your life going to be even better than the princess you were.

Because this princess has no more intelligence and no more beauty.

But you have now going to have extraordinary intelligent and extraordinary mental strength.

So everything is wonderful.

Falling in your front,

Everything you wish.

And those things no good for you,

Leave your world and never come back.

Why?

Because you making right cause and condition.

Because everything dependent on cause and condition.

Nothing independent.

So,

Think about this and then few minutes I'm silent.

You going to imagine more specific things you wish will become reality.

Okay,

So now maybe you realize now your body is calm,

Your mind is calm.

That's just only few minutes practice.

Imagine this is only one aspect of meditation.

If you learn other aspects,

Other methods,

This is only few minutes.

So if you meditate every day once 20 minutes or half an hour,

All going to be wonderful.

Think about that.

Be very appreciate and happy.

Very grateful yourself and who make this conditions happen.

And then slowly come out of meditation but not suddenly.

Slowly,

Slowly your body movement everything make sure very slow.

Very,

Very slow.

And then even you have to do something else,

Still try to be mindful.

All the time concentrate what you doing.

Not go everywhere discursive.

Not agitated,

Make sure,

Make build that habit.

That good habit.

Remind for conscientiousness.

Have a great day and great life.
