Meditation for anxiety.

So where is anxiety?

Do you fear in your body?

Yes,

You can fear in your body,

But which part of the body you fear?

Everywhere you try,

Where is located the anxiety you can really find or you find,

Doesn't matter.

This anxiety itself is totally delusion,

It's delusion,

Come from delusion and itself delusion.

Where they come from?

Come from worry and fear.

Where's worry come from?

Come from overthinking.

Where's overthinking come from?

Overthinking is come from untraining.

Untraining habitual patterns,

Untraining quality,

Untraining weakness is producer of overthinking.

Overthinking producing worry,

Over thinking producing anxiety.

So make sure your body is comfortable,

Sit,

No matter on the cushion or chair or sofa or floor,

As long as yourself comfortable,

Still from position.

The same time relax,

All muscles relax and then antidote for overthinking.

You just stop thinking for five seconds.

If you success then try stop thinking ten seconds.

You can do again,

Again,

Again,

Try to stop ten seconds,

Again,

Again.

And then you can meditate on that,

Increasing the seconds,

More than ten minutes,

About fifteen minutes,

More than fifteen minutes,

About twenty minutes,

So on so forth.

But if you need break,

You can help break anytime and then refocus.

And then sometimes you generate your body is beautiful or sensational object.

Generate means visualize it and fear.

First you can visualize it,

Indestructible symbol of diamond in middle of your heart and radiating the holy lights,

The sacred lights radiating,

Slowly,

Slowly,

Continue,

Continue,

From the center to everywhere in the body,

Every channel,

Every chakra,

As much as you like,

As much as you can.

And feel this feeling.

You feel indestructible nature for a long time,

As much as you can.

Can your anxiety reduce or destroy completely or reduce up to you?

Or you can have deep breathing and feel the sensation of your body.

You have to feel the sensation of the holiness nor the weakness,

Because the weakness is illusion.

The holiness is the truth,

The truth of yourself,

The truth of ourselves.

You must focus on the beautiful sensation,

Whatever you can make,

This beautiful sensation.

There's nothing wrong with you experiencing joyful,

Blissful feeling.

You have all this potential in your body,

In your mind.

So discover it,

Unwell it,

Experience it.

Not stuck on weakness of anxiety,

Not stuck on this illusion,

Not stuck on this delusion.

So focus on the holiness of our quality,

Our feeling,

Our sensation.

To focus on this perfect moment,

To make habit that every day,

Every moment,

Not let controlled by this delusional feeling,

Because there's no best.

The best is ignorance,

The best is the delusion,

The itself delusion,

The anxiety itself totally delusion,

Never exist,

Only illusion,

Only delusion.

So get rid of this feeling,

Eliminate this feeling,

Eradicate this feeling and focus on his holiness,

The her holiness,

This true nature,

Indestructible,

Perfect of totality.
