Meditation antidote for worrying.
Worrying is not so good.
Why?
Because worry achieve nothing.
The only achieve is destroy your peace and your happiness.
That's all.
So we never ever ever should not worry about anything.
Heaven said that something you think over possibilities and you funding solutions,
Funding solutions for that we should not categorize as worry.
Why?
Worry means you have some kind of illusory assumptions and calculations,
Pessimistic thinking and then that is the worry.
Have no result.
No benefits for future and destroy the present moment of the peace.
Everything good on the present moment you cannot enjoy because you are not there.
You're focusing on something not even exist yet and you pretending exist and worry about that.
So thinking over is not worry.
Thinking over possibilities is not categorized as worry.
That's we can say seeking solutions for possibilities of anything gone wrong.
Worry is not that.
Worry is just stop thinking negativity but stop there and never go over that.
So that's a worry.
So therefore worry is useless,
Absolutely useless but more than useless because you destroy the perfect moment and also you could destroy perfect future.
So when you are worrying too much you have many solutions you can apply.
One you have to think and analyze so many useful things.
Either you can study something new,
You're reading something new,
You're listening something new or you can exercise.
You can do so many things you focus on them not focus what you're thinking about next time.
This is not useful and no have benefit.
So total disaster based on illusion.
Why is best illusion?
Nobody knows the future.
You think you know but not possible.
Your brain is damaging,
Your own brain and not only that your brain is damaging your own feeling,
Your whole well-being.
So meditate on deep breathing.
First body straight,
Spine straight,
Neck straight,
Chin down and make huge deep breathes.
Continue deep breathing and then focus mind 100% to normal breathing.
There is natural breathing in and breathing out automatically.
You don't need effort.
Continue.
So just follow that.
If this brings you peace then continue and continue.
But at the same time to be gentle for yourself,
To be kind for yourself.
If thoughts you can't control,
Don't blame yourself.
Again it's here wrong action,
Wrong strategy.
So not blame yourself,
Not discourage yourself.
Just refocus,
No reaction.
Anytime you realize you are distracted,
No reaction.
Reaction means overthinking,
Adding another wrong action.
So don't do that.
Instead refocus,
Re-concentrate.
Feel the perfect moment of sensation,
The perfect moment of everything.
Just focus on that.
So continue as long as you like.
You can have a break whenever you need and then refocus again if you like.
You can practice many times as long as you focus in the present.
Then no matter how long or how short,
No matter how often you need break,
Doesn't matter.
So you have to do this many many times every day.
Doesn't matter how long,
Doesn't matter where are you.
You don't have even opportunities to sit down.
Do stand up,
To go with walking.
Be aware of every step of the walking,
To be aware of every movement of the body.
Everything is present,
Not future,
Not past.
Because past are gone,
Not exist anymore.
Why are you stuck with something even not exist anymore?
If you worry about future,
What is our next?
Also illusion,
Completely illusion.
Why are you stuck with something illusion?
Something is not exist yet.
Why are you stuck on that?
So to understand this,
Make sure to intellectualize that,
To feel that is wrong.
But focus in on perfect moment is right.
So make sure to know this only through then and then continue meditate as much as you like.
But anytime you can stop,
Anything you can refocus,
Anytime you can restart.
When you finish,
You can dedicate the merits you accumulate to liberate all sentient beings.
So that means include yourself,
But not focus on oneself.
Focus on others,
Liberate yourself.
Don't forget that.
