Energy flow freely.
A chakra balancing meditation.
Chakra translates to wheel in Sanskrit,
Wheels of energy throughout the body.
There are seven main chakras which align with the spine starting from the base of the spine through the crown of the head.
To visualize a chakra in the body,
Close your eyes and imagine a swirling wheel of energy.
This invisible energy called prana is our vital life force.
Keeps us vibrant,
Healthy and alive.
From time to time they can become unbalanced or get blocked and we can experience all types of things from anxiety to physical pain.
I will explain them all and I invite you to chant the sound together so we can align them.
The first is the root chakra or the mula dahara.
The color is red and is located at the root of the body.

Safe and grounded.

Others and ultimately the divine.
The sound is om,

So please join me as we make the universal sound that unites us all.
Inhale om.
Finally close your eyes and take a deep inhale through your nose.
And let it out with a sigh.
