Hello,

This is Kerri at Empowered Within.

And allow yourself to find that peaceful place where you can relax for just a little bit.

Opening the mind,

Quieting the body.

Allow your eyes to close.

Let your attention settle into the body.

Let it come to the level of sensation in the body.

Not thinking about sensation,

But feeling directly the multiple changing movements of sensation in the body.

Feel the pull of gravity.

Feel the hands that rest so gently.

Feel the presence of being in a body.

Awareness and sensation meeting moment to moment.

Notice the sensations in the chest generated by the process of breathing.

Muscles expanding and contracting.

Notice how breath creates sensation in various parts of the body.

And go to that place within where you are safe and secure.

Loved and adored.

As you allow the whole body to breathe and become alive and awakened.

And in this space,

I accept and realize life is truly sacred.

I hold in my heart all the parts of myself.

The infant,

The child,

The teenager,

The young adult,

The adult,

And my present and future self.

Every embarrassment,

Mistake,

Hurt and wound,

I accept fully as part of my story.

My story includes every success and every failure,

Every error and every truthful insight.

And all of it is valuable in ways I do not have to completely understand.

In this moment in time,

I choose to accept and love every part of myself.

I have compassion for me and I also feel compassion for others.

I create a life of acceptance and understanding.

I choose to dwell in a world of love and acceptance.

I radiate acceptance.

I radiate acceptance.

And so it is.

And so it is.

And when you are ready to return to the room,

You do so easily and gently,

Feeling awake,

Rejuvenated and alert,

With love and acceptance in your heart.

For we are complete and this is wonderfully so.
