Let's begin by finding a comfortable position and gently closing down our eyes.
Coming into presence.
And finding your breath.
Just noticing as the air moves in through your nose.
And exhales out through your mouth.
Beginning to witness our bodies.
How is your body feeling today?
Coming back to that breath.
Let's do three deep breaths together.
Inhaling for three.
Pausing at the top for three seconds and then exhaling for three seconds.
In three,
Two,
One,
Inhale.
Hold.
And exhale.
Again,
Inhale.
Hold.
And exhale.
Let's allow this third breath be your biggest.
Deepest breath of the day,
Inhale.
FAULT And exhale,
Releasing.
And really feeling into your body.
Noticing how you feel at the start of this meditation.
So proud of you for making the space and the time to tune into yourself.
Let's just continue your breath.
Allowing this to be a time for you to slow down.
To pause.
To go inward.
Just truly be with yourself.
We live in such a busy world with so much going on,
So much.
Scrolling and talking and errands and work and family.
Oftentimes,
It's really easy to overlook ourselves.
But I have found the more that I can sit with myself,
The more that I can.
Slow down.
Reset my nervous system.
The more that I can show up in other areas of my life.
So may your mind relax.
May you feel at peace.
Throughout this meditation.
I want you to just breathe at a rhythm that feels natural.
Feels good.
Knowing there's no right or wrong answers here.
Let your soul speak through you.
And trust.
Begin to notice the top of our head.
Can you soften this area?
Can you release?
Notice your forehead.
Your jaw,
Releasing your jaw.
Maybe needing to roll your neck.
Your cheek.
Even your eyes.
Really allowing your face to soften,
Your neck your shoulders.
We carry so much in our shoulders.
Can you let them just relax?
Nowhere to be but right here.
Feel them sink into the earth beneath you.
In your right arm,
In your right hand.
Allow them to feel heavy.
On the ground,
Your left arm in hand.
As your whole entire body is beginning to relax.
You feel your chest soften,
Your ribs.
Your belly,
Imagining all those organs in there just relaxing and letting go,
Feeling safe.
Your pelvis.
Your right thigh and your right knee and shin.
Your right foot and toes.
In your left thigh,
In your left knee,
Your left shin and feet and toes.
Awesoming.
Melting into the ground beneath you.
As your entire body has slowed down.
It's just you.
Re-centering yourself.
Finding your breath.
In through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
In through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
Just feeling held,
Feeling loved.
Feeling relaxation.
You feel calm.
We feel safe.
Can you soften a little bit more?
What does that look like to you?
What does it feel like?
Are there any areas resisting the softening?
Just always coming back to your breath.
I want you to take one hand,
Place it on your heart.
Taking the other hand and placing it on your belly,
Your womb.
Finding your breath.
Just breathing here.
In this safe space feeling your heart beating underneath your hand.
Feeling this deep sense of love and gratitude for your body.
For your being,
For your soul.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you for giving me this life.
Thank you for taking care of me.
Thanking our bodies.
For being these vessels.
And if emotions rise.
Let them rise.
And if tears come.
Let them come.
Welcome them.
Your body knows exactly how to release.
Exactly what it needs.
I'm so proud of you.
You are so,
So loved.
You are so held.
You are so needed in this world.
Just breathing in this space.
Knowing that you cultivated this.
You calm your nervous system.
Slow down.
In the busy,
Busy world that we live in.
I gave you the key.
You took the key to the doorway and you opened it.
You went through it.
Remember,
You can always come back here.
You can always recenter yourself in all of the noise,
All of the chaos,
All of the scrolling,
All of the chores.
Deep within your being.
There's this stillness.
There's just pure love radiating from you.
You are such a beautiful soul.
The Earth is so lucky to have you.
We are all so,
So lucky to have you.
Thank you for being here.
Thank you for showing up and thank you for showing up for yourself.
Continuing to breathe.
Soaking it all in,
Soaking in the love and the nourishment and the health.
You want to feel when you open your eyes from this meditation?
Who do you want to be?
And just taking A few more breaths relishing in this moment.
This present moment.
Nowhere to be but right here.
When you're ready.
You can slowly start to bring movement to your fingers and your toes.
You're always welcome.
To stay where you are.
The meditation and come back when you want to.
But if you're ready.
I welcome you to gently open your eyes.
Return to the room,
Return to your space.
Mmmmm.
Thank you so much for being here.
That was really special.
Yeah,
I'm just so thankful that you were with me in this meditation.
Would definitely welcome you to go outside,
Get your feet barefoot on the earth,
And just take some deep breaths of fresh air.
If you're not able to go outside,
Then maybe simply just opening up a window and just taking some really deep breaths.
Thank you so much.
