Welcome.
I want to begin today by.

Just welcoming every part of you to this space,
Your mind,
Your body,
Your soul,
Beginning to find a comfortable position,
Really tuning in.
Do you want to be lying down or sitting up?
Arriving.
Slowing down our minds and dropping into our bodies.
Finding our breath.
Noticing as it moves in through your nose.
And it releases out through your mouth.
In through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
Just relax.
Allowing your body to come into stillness.
Allowing your body to melt into the earth beneath you.
Scanning your body,
Starting at your head and slowly moving down to your feet.
And I just want you to notice any areas of tension.
Can you breathe into these areas?
Offer them love.
Offer that nourishment and healing and warmth softening.
Really just slowing down.
Knowing that this is a safe space.
If any thoughts or feelings begin to bubble up inside of you.
Allowing them.
Feeling them.
Are you able to sit with the feelings that move through you today?
Without fear.
Allow yourself to absorb the messages.
That your body has for you.
When you come into stillness.
And as we begin to slow down.
We ask our angels and our guides to join us.
We only allow the highest vibrations and frequencies to be with us.
Wanting you to know that we will be open,
We will be receptive to any messages that you have for us.
Let's take a deep breath into this energy,
Into this space,
Breathing in through your nose.
Pausing at the top.
And exhaling out through your mouth.
I want you to bring one hand to your heart.
And then bring the other hand on top of it.
You're going to have both hands on your heart space.
Feeling the heartbeat.
Underneath your hands.
Feeling deep.
Love.
Feeling deep gratitude.
For yourself.
Being in your own loving energy.
Just feeling how tight it is.
Feeling supported.
Feeling everything that you desire.
You are safe.
And you're going to be okay.
If it feels good to leave your hands on your heart,
You may leave them here.
Maybe wrap them around your body,
Giving yourself a tight squeeze.
You lay them down by your sides.
Really just beginning.
To settle.
To soften.
To sink even deeper into the floor to the earth beneath you.
With every inhale you feel love.
You feel lighter you feel calmer.
And with every exhale release.
You release fear.
You release sadness.
You release anxiety.
Just breathing in this space.
And I want you to imagine.
Big green fields.
In the center of this field.
There's a tree.
It's one of the most beautiful trees that you have ever seen in your life.
You're just standing by yourself in this field.
Staring at it.
You're in awe of its beauty.
And you begin walking towards this tree.
There are wildflowers around you and butterflies.
It feels like magic.
And you're not running at this tree.
You're moving slowly.
With intention.
What's this version of you?
That you aspire to be,
This version of you that.

Is free.
And you get up to the tree,
And it's so big,
You feel like a little ant next to it,
And you're just looking up at this tree.
Looking at its leaves,
Its bark,
Its roots.
Noticing how similar you are to this tree.
You decide to sit down beside the tree.
You cross your legs.
Maybe you close your eyes and you're just.
.
.
Taking some deep breaths.
And off in the distance.
You see someone.
You can't fully recognize who they are because they're so far away.
But there's something familiar about them.
Their essence,
Their energy.
They're looking at you.
They wave and you wave back.
Do you smile?
You smile back.
You realize that Is this someone that you've been deeply missing?
And a sadness washes over you.
And this person still across the field looking at you and you're looking at them.
You want them to come closer.
But they're just standing there watching you.
And you're watching them.
You see that they take a deep breath,
They stretch their arms in the air.
Can you do the same?
You take a deep breath,
And you stretch your arms in the air under this tree.
Can you notice this person begin to get closer to you?
They walk up to you.
And they sit down beside you.
You didn't even realize but.
.
.
There are tears streaming down both of your cheeks.
There is a calmness.
It's sad,
But it's okay.
You're both sitting cross-legged in front of this tree,
Looking out at this beautiful field.
You have your hands on your laps as you sit cross-legged.
This person's hands.
Takes a hold of yours.
When you turn,
You face each other.
They look at you in the eyes.
And they say.
I love you.
You're going to be okay.
And they wrap their arms around you.
And your entire being feels lighter,
Feels so full of love,
Happiness.
You feel so lucky.
You've been longing for this hug,
Wishing you could have another.
And you are fully embraced,
Arms around each other,
Just holding each other.
You're feeling their love,
Their healing,
Their energy.
You feel all of them.
As you're holding them.
They slowly begin to disappear.
And merge with your being.
You're just taking it all in.
You wish it could be longer.
You're just so embraced in their love,
You're so embraced in their energy,
And their body merges into yours.
And under this tree.
You place both hands on your heart.
You take a deep breath.
You notice your eyes open.
The tears have dried from your cheeks.
And your eyes are glowing.
A smile,
A gentle smile emerges on your face.
As you look out into the distance,
You look out to the field of flowers,
Butterflies,
Feeling this deep sense of gratitude for this human being.
Who played such a beautiful role in your life.
And you know you can always return to this tree.
You know that you can always feel their energy with you.
And you take a deep breath.
Stand up.
Slowly walk away from this beautiful,
Huge tree.
And as you begin walking,
You come to the end of the field.
And you see a street sign in front of you.
And so you walk to it.
You begin walking down a street that feels familiar to you.
We've seen these houses.
You turn down another street and realize Just at the end of the road is your house.
And you begin walking back to it,
Slowly.
With intention.
You notice the birds chirping.
Maybe some kids playing on their bikes,
Laughing.
Your older neighbor trimming his hedges.
Let me see your favorite tree in the neighborhood.
You come up to your house.
You open the door.
You walk up the steps of your house.
Into the room that you are in right now.
And you see yourself.
In a meditation.
You walk over.
And you simply just place your hands on your heart.
This version of you.
That was with the tree puts all of this beautiful,
Loving,
Healing energy into you.
Offering you everything.
That you have been desiring the past few days,
Weeks,
Months,
Years.
Everything that you've been longing for.
Put into your being.
As you merge with this being under the tree and yourself within this meditation.
You feel held,
In love,
Supported.
Comforted.
Breathing into this space.
Soaking into it.
There is nowhere else for you to be but right here.
Taking a deep,
Deep breath into this energy.
When you are ready.
Beginning to wiggle your toes and your fingers.
Stretch your arms above your head.
And slowly opening your eyes Slowly coming back to the room.
Feeling centered.
Feeling grounded.
And feeling love.
