Having lunch while working from home can be the only time that you get out of your chair.

Before you get back to racing through your day,

Let's slow this down.

You'll start to draw the awareness into how you're breathing now.

So you don't really need to change anything.

I just want you to notice how the body feels as it expands and contracts with breath.

You might feel where the breath moves the shirt.

You might feel the breath as it passes through the nostrils.

You'll see if you can start to slow the breath down,

Taking it a little bit deeper.

And really let the focus start to narrow into the subtle sensation,

Maybe feeling for temperature.

I want you to try to bring this same awareness with you as you eat your lunch today.

Eat slowly,

Enjoy your food,

And see you tomorrow for another one minute of mindfulness.
