Looks like your client is running late for this meeting.

You could aimlessly scroll through your phone or we could practice a little deep breathing together.

Want to try it?

As you breathe in for 4,

You're going to draw the shoulders up towards the ears.

We're going to hold the breath for 4.

As you exhale,

Slide the shoulders down your back for 6.

Great,

We're going to try that again.

Inhale for 4,

Shoulders come up.

Holding for 4.

And exhaling for 6,

Shoulders slide down.

Oh,

There they are.

Time for you to go,

But I'll see you here tomorrow for your next one minute of mindfulness.
