Ah,

The art of procrastinating.

You are killing it,

My friend.

How about we come into the present moment for just a couple of breaths.

You'll take one hand to your belly and one hand up to your chest.

You're going to start to send the breath into the bottom hand.

You'll feel it rise up and then up into the top hand.

As you exhale,

You'll empty the top hand first,

Then the bottom hand.

Let's try this a couple more times.

Breathing into the belly first,

Then the chest.

Breathing out,

The chest empties,

Then belly.

Last one.

Deep breath in.

And let it go.

Okay,
