So when you're ready,

We'll begin our meditation by just settling in,

Finding a comfortable position where you can relax your body,

Yet keep your mind alert and rest.

You can close your eyes or just soften your gaze if that feels better.

And now take a deep breath in through your nose,

Feeling your chest rise and expand on the inhale,

And slowly exhale through your mouth,

Feeling your chest soften and release as you let the breath out.

Do this two more times.

Now allow yourself to be fully present in this moment.

Be here,

In your body,

In this moment.

Notice your breath,

And allow each inhale to bring you a sense of calm,

And each exhale release any lingering resistance or negative feelings towards the change that you're experiencing.

Now gently bring to mind the change that you're going through.

It could be a shift in your work,

A relationship,

Your health,

Or any other area of your life.

Just acknowledge the change and any discomfort or resistance you may be feeling towards it.

Breathe into those feelings.

Offer yourself compassion and understanding for how you're feeling and what you're experiencing right now.

Change is a natural part of life,

And as you breathe,

Know deep inside of you that you are capable of navigating this one with grace and ease.

Feel the weight of resistance to change softening as you embrace the reality of the transition you're experiencing.

This may not be what you expected in your life,

But you can navigate this change.

Let all of those negative feelings or worry or apprehension,

Whatever you're feeling,

Any of that resistance to the change,

Let it soften as you breathe.

And on your next inhale,

Say to yourself,

I trust the process of change.

And on the exhale,

I can navigate this change with grace.

Once again,

Inhaling,

I trust the process of change.

Exhaling,

I can navigate this change with grace.

Feel the words resonate within you as you breathe.

Let go of the desire to control every outcome,

Trusting and knowing that you have the strength and resilience to navigate whatever lies ahead.

Just allow yourself to be and breathe and open your heart to trusting and knowing that you can navigate this with grace and ease.

Now one more time,

Tell yourself,

I trust the process of change.

I can navigate this change with grace.

Take a big deep breath in through the nose and open mouth exhale,

Sigh it out,

Letting go.

When you're ready,

Opening the eyes and closing your meditation practice.
