This is a meditation to open to it all Some mornings when I first opened my eyes,
I noticed my thoughts start to spiral That might resonate with you My immediate thoughts are something like I've got a lot to do today.
I have a meeting I don't quite feel ready for I Also think sometimes I don't know what I'll have time for That I don't quite feel optimal that I could use more rest or other stressful thoughts Right from the beginning of the day even before I open my eyes I've been reframing the early morning thoughts to sound differently.
I've been training my brain to think differently.
I Try to overwrite those thoughts with some other thoughts like wow,
The birds are chirping and I am noticing that My day is full of opportunities today Or I might need more rest and I'm going to make time for that This pause and reframe has been Integral to gain positive momentum for my day right from the moment before my eyes blink open Let's meditate on what you can create today for yourself First notice your body breathing Pull all of your attention to your body right here now Notice first the quality of your breath Notice the temperature of your skin and the fabric that you're wearing Notice the sensations you feel through touch such as your body weight against the floor or the support underneath of you Even notice any lingering taste in the palate of your mouth Sense into what kind of energy you're feeling in this moment here now Notice your body breathing more.
Breathe even deeper into your body so you have an equal length inhale and an equal length exhale Feel how your lungs fill up more as you breathe in Feel how your lungs fill up more as you breathe out Notice the front of the chest softening as you breathe air out Sense into your arms and legs Feel the volume the weight and the length of the bones of your arms and your legs and All at once notice any other sensations that are coming up for you Notice the sounds of the space that you're in Notice qualities of light and dark Cool and warm And with all of that still noticing your body breathing You can create whatever you desire You deserve to create whatever you wish today You've got the power and the wisdom and the strength in your body and your mind to create anything you want Breathe in and notice how today is a fresh clean slate.
It's unwritten You have the ability to create anything you imagine You can create the life that you desire how you see it what you visualize Notice the energy and the feeling in your body now Notice your mindset as you reframe and find a refocus right at this time of day to be open to it all Relax Into the openness of this very moment and this version of you right here right now as you breathe Take more breaths in and out Kind of resting that you get to Create your day rest into that thought you create your day It's not happening to you it will happen for you with this shift this reframe this new perspective this outlook of your Fresh attention and your energy brought to the present moment here now Take a full breath in through your nose and a long breath out through your mouth Fully awake into the moment Use the next few moments to set an intention for your day Or think of what kind of energy you want to bring into your day Notice the quality of how you'd like to feel Starting with an awake heart and a clean slate Take a full breath in And a breath out to just seal it all in your intent your attention to the moment And a breath out to just seal it all in your intent your attention to the moment Another full breath together And a long breath out as you relax I hope you create a wonderful day today Enjoy your day today
