Good evening.
I hope this meditation will help you unwind,
Relax,
And release some of the anxiety from your day.
I have some sage with me.
I'll be cleansing your energy while you listen and get you all ready for a good night's rest.
You can begin laying down or seated,
Whatever makes you the most comfortable.
We'll take some deep breaths and really start slowing down our energy.
It's really,
Really important that we rest.
A good night's rest is when our body can recharge and recalibrate and really just prepare ourselves for the next day.
We go through so much every single day,
And oftentimes we pick up other people's energies.
We go through challenging things throughout our day,
And we'll pick up a lot,
And that weighs heavy on our chest sometimes.
And this will help release that.
It's almost like making your bed in the morning,
But for nighttime.
So let's get comfortable.
I want you to visualize anything you went through today that made you feel a little heavier than normal,
Maybe bogged you down a little bit.
It could be something challenging.
It could just be stress,
Anxiety,
Could be a feeling of loneliness,
Maybe a little imposter syndrome.
Anything that weighs you down,
That doesn't make you feel light.
Envision that as either a color or an object.
It could be round.
It could be a triangle.
It could be navy.
It could be blue.
It could be anything you want.
I usually picture these things I want to get rid of as sort of a navy colored,
Thick smoke.
Almost has a viscosity to it.
And with every deep breath in,
I breathe in healing white light.
And with every deep breath out,
I let go of a little bit of that navy smoke.
So whatever you picture it as,
Every deep breath in,
We're going to breathe in white light.
And imagine it going all through your body.
Feel into all those areas that feel heavy,
That feel anxious,
That feel unloved or unworthy.
Breathe that healing white light into those areas and imagine it digging around and getting rid of all that heavy energy.
You're releasing it.
It's no longer yours.
You don't have to hold on to it.
That white light is going to fill you up and keep you calm and safe and cleanse you and get you ready for an amazing sleep.
So every breath in,
You're healing your body.
You're breathing in that white light.
Every breath out,
Audible sigh out,
You are getting rid of all of that that does not serve you.
It's not for your highest good.
You don't need it anymore.
You took it on.
We take on a lot,
But you also have the ability to release it.
So let's take some deep breaths in.
Try to take one more sip at the top and hold it for five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Let it go.
Another deep breath.
Hold it at the top for five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Let it go.
Take one more deep breath in.
Hold it at the top for five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
And let it go.
When you breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth,
It really releases a lot of that energy.
You can feel it coming out of you.
I sort of feel it seeping out of my pores.
And I have my sage here.
I'm sending you the best,

Comforting vibes for your sleep.
We are cleaning any of those vibes out that we don't need anymore.
You had them today.
We're gonna get rid of them.
And just like our thoughts,
Any emotions,
Any thoughts that come through that are negative or insecure,
They're just Airbnb guests.
Your whole body,
Your whole aura,
You're an Airbnb.
These emotions,
These thoughts,
They're passing through.
Sometimes they're staying a night,
Sometimes a couple nights,
Sometimes a week,
But nothing lasts forever.
The only constant in this life is change.
And so if you can sort of separate yourself from these thoughts and feelings,
They don't seem so scary.
You can let them go.
You can sit with them.
You can know that,
Okay,
They're in my Airbnb tonight,
But they're shipping out tomorrow.
They've had their stay.
We're done.
And same with happy thoughts.
Unfortunately,
We'd love for those guests to stay forever,
But the good days pass too.
Everything passes.
Everything comes and goes.
None of the energy you feel that you want to release is ever that scary or heavy.
We always compound it in our minds.
So let's release all that.
Let's calm ourselves.
You can imagine being surrounded by cool water and staying warm in the blanket of the ocean.
The earth has you.
You're both grounded.
You feel calm.
You feel serene.
Your dreams are amazing little adventures you can go on every single night.
And tonight,
They're going to be great dreams,
And you're going to sleep so sound,
And you're going to wake up refreshed,
Ready,
And renewed for whatever comes at you that day.
Don't worry about it tonight.
You never know what's going to happen,
And that's the beauty of life.
It's a roller coaster we get to ride,
And tonight you will be so calm,
Be able to sleep.
We just released so much of that energy back into the universe.
The earth knows what to do with it.
It's taking that energy.
It's recycling it and putting it to good use for someone else.
All that healing white light is enveloping your whole body.
You can envision it from the tip of your toes all the way to your head,
Surrounding your whole body like a blanket,
Like a little Harry Potter cloak of light.
And when you go to bed,
Imagine that white light blanket surrounding you,
Cuddling you,
Coddling you,
And know that you are safe,
And you are sound,
And you can sleep soundly knowing that you've got this.
Anything that comes your way,
You can handle.
You are safe,
You are protected,
And you are loved.
Have a peaceful,
Restful,
Juicy sleep.
