Good morning,
Good afternoon,
Or maybe good night.
If you have five minutes,
You want to reset your energy,
Recalibrate your body.
I'm going to be using a technique I like to call color breathing with a series of five breaths,
And it's going to reset your whole energy,
Your mood.
We're going to get rid of any anxiety or stress that you're holding in the body,
And just take a moment for yourself.
Just recalibrate,
And you'll be ready to get going on the rest of your day.
Start in a seated position with your feet on the ground,
And really ground down and visualize your energy going all through your body,
Down through your feet,
And really connecting to the earth,
And knowing you're safe,
You're grounded,
You've got this,
You've done so many things today.
Some could be stressful,
Some could be not,
But you are powerful,
And we're going to get anything out of you that's not serving you anymore.
So when I do color breathing,
I like to think of two colors.
One color is going to be a healing light.
I usually do some sort of bright white or yellow or gold,
Any color that makes you happy.
Choose that color.
And then we're going to put a color on the parts of your body that feel a little tense or stressful,
Maybe a little anxiety,
Maybe your meeting was a little stressful,
Or you just have a lot on your plate.
Let's put a color to that.
I'm going to use navy,
And I'm going to visualize it as smoke,
But you can use green,
Orange,
Yellow,
Pink,
Whatever you want,
Whatever that color that you're just not really feeling,
And you want to get rid of.
Let's visualize that.
So we're going to start by taking a very deep breath.
And as you breathe in,
Visualize that healing color,
Whatever that is,
My sparkly gold.
And I'm envisioning it going all through my body.
And think of if you've ever seen a glass of water where someone drops ink into it,
And that beautiful sort of transformation where the ink takes over the entire glass of water,
And you don't see the clear water anymore.
That's what this healing light is doing for your body.
It's getting in there.
It's getting rid of all that color you don't want.
It's taking over your body and making it healed and cleansed.
So you're going to breathe in,
Take a really deep breath.
The first breath,
We're going to hold for five counts at the top.
So breathe in that healing light.
Hold it at the top for five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Let it go.
Audible exhale out.
And with every exhale,
Envision that color you don't like,
That icky color,
That sludgy,
Smoky color.
My navy,
It's coming out.
It's coming out of my pores.
It's coming out of my breath.
It's coming out of my body,
My space.
Every breath in,
You're filling up with that healing light.
And every breath out,
A little more of that color you don't want is coming out of you,
And you are completely recharged.
Let's do another deep breath in.
You're going to hold it at the top for four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Let it go.
Take another deep breath in.
Breathe that healing color in.
Hold it at the top for three,
Two,
One.
Let it go.
Audible sigh out.
Get it all out.
Envision that color just leaving your body.
It's no longer inside of you.
It's no longer in your space.
You're releasing it.
It is going off into the universe to be recycled into something else.
Take a deep breath of that healing light in.
Hold it at the top for two,
One.
Let it go.
One more deep,
Deep,
Deep breath.
Imagine all your body breathing from every part.
Hold it in.
Take one more sip of air at the top.
Hold it.
Let it go.
Let it all go.
Let it all go.
It no longer belongs to you.
A lot of the anxiety and weight we hold,
It doesn't even belong to us.
We put it on ourselves,
And it's not necessary to function.
You can flow lightly through anything you need to do today,
And you will succeed.
Success doesn't always mean you finish the goal or you accomplish the task,
But being in a good mindset and being able to perform from an energetic space that is loving and caring about both yourself and everyone on your team or in your space,
That is the true success.
