Hello and welcome.

My name is Casey and we will be doing a special meditation using EFT,

Emotional freedom technique,

Also known as tapping.

For this meditation,

We're going to be releasing comparison,

Envy,

Jealousy,

Self-judgment,

Negative self-talk,

Anything that keeps us in that low vibration.

So a couple things before we begin.

I'm just going to go over the spaces in which we are going to be tapping.

The first one is the karate chop,

Which is the wrist bone on the outside.

That is when we state our most pressing issue,

Which is about jealousy and self-judgment,

Comparison and envy.

From there,

We're going to take either hand,

Tap the space between the eyebrows,

So the third eye space,

And then the side of your eye,

Under your eye,

So on the orbital bone,

Under the nose,

And then the chin,

Tapping on the collarbone,

Armpit,

And lastly,

Top of your head.

So as we begin,

I'm going to be stating our most pressing issue.

We're going to state that two times and then we'll move on to different parts of the body.

So taking one hand and tapping the wrist,

And we're going to start saying,

Even though I have these feelings of unworthiness,

Jealousy,

Self-judgment,

Criticism,

I completely love and respect and accept myself.

So we're going to say it again.

And if it feels comfortable,

You can close your eyes.

You can focus on where you're sensing the feeling of jealousy,

Comparison.

Where do you hold that in your body?

Is it in your upper body?

Is it in your stomach?

Is it in your heart space?

I want you to get real clear on where you feel these sensations.

So the karate chop point once again for our most pressing issue,

Even though I have these feelings of unworthiness,

Jealousy,

Self-judgment,

Criticism,

I completely love and respect and accept myself.

Moving to the third eye tapping.

I feel the sensation in my chest.

My breathing becomes shallow.

And I can't get control of my thoughts.

Move to the side eye now.

So tapping the side of your eye very gently.

I don't like it when I feel this way.

I want to release these emotions under the eye.

I want to feel different.

I don't want to keep carrying around these sensations and emotions in my body under the nose.

I want to feel happy for people when they share their good news.

I don't want to feel envious or jealous of their accomplishments or the things they have.

Chin.

I genuinely want to feel happy for them.

Collarbone.

I want the success for myself.

I want to have everything that I desire in my life under the armpit.

I don't like feeling this way.

Top of your head.

It makes me feel unworthy when I have these feelings of jealousy or envy.

You can keep tapping the top of your head or you can pause for a moment and just check in for a moment.

See how you feel.

If anything has been alleviated,

We'll go through another round and assess there.

So begin tapping on the third eye.

When I get in this space,

It's hard for me to get out of it.

I fixate on all of the things I don't have in my life that I want.

Beside I.

Or I begin to become jealous or envious of the things that people have around me that I would like to have.

Under the eye.

Sometimes I just don't know how to get out of this space.

And then I start to self criticize and judge.

And my negative self talk.

Really begins to get to me.

Under the nose.

I don't like feeling this way.

It depletes so much of my energy and it makes me not feel like a good person.

Chin.

I want to feel better about this situation.

I want to release these emotions.

I want to feel happy for other people and I want to feel happy for myself.

Collarbone.

I know all I need to do is reframe what I'm thinking about.

To feel better.

Under the armpit.

I know when I start to send out.

Good vibrations,

Good vibes to people and be happy for them.

I know I can begin to feel better.

Top of your head.

So when I.

Imagine my friends,

Colleagues.

People getting what they want because they've worked hard.

I know I can achieve those things,

Too.

And again,

Pause here for a moment.

Noticing if there's any relief.

The idea is your most pressing issue is on a scale of one to 10.

Say it's an eight or a seven.

The idea is we want to get it lower than a four.

So a four or lower.

So evaluate.

See if some of the anxiety of some of the sensations and feelings have subsided.

Let's do one more round.

This will be our final round.

So when you're ready,

Taking your finger and begin to tap again on the third eye space.

I know when I pause and I take a few breaths.

And I start taking stock of all of the things I have accomplished and how far I have come in my life.

I know I am capable of so much.

I know with inspired action and setting goals and achieving those goals.

I can have anything that I desire.

I know I can get there.

I know it is all within my reach.

All I have to do is keep showing up and doing the work.

I know I can get there.

I know I can have everything I desire without these feelings of jealousy or envy.

I deserve all that is coming to me.

I am worthy.

I can be happy for me.

And I can be happy for other people.

Chin.

I completely love and accept and respect myself.

I no longer need to judge myself.

I am doing the best that I can each and every single day.

Collarbone.

I know if I work hard I will be able to achieve and manifest all that I desire in this life.

Under the armpit.

I am so happy that I can change direction.

I can change my thoughts.

I can change the process.

Anytime I like.

All I need to do is sit and get quiet and tap.

And I know it can relieve me of some of my pain and my suffering on top of your head.

I am so happy about the journey ahead and all that I can accomplish.

And pause.

Taking a few cycles of breath here just to sit and notice how you're feeling right now.

Hopefully your most pressing issue has been alleviated a little bit with that practice.

Feel free to listen to this meditation again.

Or maybe even try making your own.

It's not very difficult.

Just go with the flow and let the words come.

And the words don't need to be perfect.

But as long as it's coming from your heart,

You're really truly expressing how you feel and how you want to change.

That's all that it is.
