This meditation provides an opportunity to reflect on your inner faculties. Sit back, relax and follow along the trail of thoughts. After the meditation is done you might want to observe what part of your brain, mind or soul you are exercising most of the time and when is the best time to use what part of your abilities. Best wishes.

Take a few deep breaths to slow down and become more present in yourself here and now.

Relax your shoulders,

Roll them slightly back to open your chest,

Allowing you to breathe deeper naturally.

Relax your eyes.

Try to keep them open or half closed so you stay awake.

Now visualize yourself inside your home.

You may be in an imaginary home or your current home,

But see yourself in a home with three rooms.

Your room to the left is organized and structured like a home office where you plan and finalize decisions.

Inside is your creative living room.

Your fun and inspiring stuff is here,

A social space.

Then at the very back is a private,

Almost secret room,

Hidden away from sight.

Your bedroom,

Your place for sleeping,

Dreaming,

Relaxing.

Now switch your awareness to see these rooms all as functions and spaces within you.

Do you love and care for your home?

Do you cherish it?

Do you rise and shine here?

Your logical,

Structured room,

Your creative,

Intuitive,

Empathic room,

Your dreamy,

Quiet room,

All part of you.

Where do you spend more time?

Where are you more comfortable?

Too much time in the office?

Your life experience might be in order,

A bank account full,

But your heart might be dry and empty.

Too much time in the living room?

Might be all fun and games until it's too messy and you forgot to sleep.

Or too much time in the bedroom,

Nice and cozy,

But all those big dreams,

It just cannot seem to materialize them.

Perhaps even spending too much time admiring or hating on those walls of your home,

The body of yours.

You need all rooms to make you whole.

They complete you,

Nobody else can.

So,

Do you care for your own home?

Now step back and observe yourself.

You,

The one living in this home.

You are not your walls of the body.

You are not your rooms of thoughts,

Feelings and decisions.

You are the life within these walls,

The presence that lights up your home.

You are the reason your home exists.

So live it with your full heart.

Cherish each part of you.

Care for each part of you and be comfortable with it all.

When you sleep,

You know more than you think.

When you play,

You learn things and solve things.

Your decisions can be wise if you show up fully.

So be in the fullness of your being,

Comfortable in you.

Love you.

Share all of you.

Then when it's time to step out and go about your day and socialize,

Remember you have all the resources at home within you to make your path forward a path of your choice.

A path that is fully yours.

Let your intuition guide your path.

Make those good choices.

Play and be in the fullness of your being walking forward.

Walk.

Play.

Dream.

And go forward.

Go forward with all that you are.

Thank you for reminding of different aspects of our life. I have definitely to bring more structure and order into my office and my living room in order to get more things done and shift my focus to middle and long term goals
