To start your day with clarity.

Let's start the morning with setting an intention.
Give yourself a little shake,
Find a comfortable sitting position and gently close down your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and out lengthen your spine while dropping your shoulders.
Is there a word or feeling that arises right now?
What is one thing you want to accomplish with calm confidence?
Take one more deep breath in and carry this focus with you.
With each breath trust your intuition.
With each breath feel clarity and purpose for the rest of your day.
If you find it hard to set an intention today,
Just remind yourself to breathe and perhaps get your body moving.
Whether it's a walk,
Cleaning your house or singing in the car.
Movement creates clarity.
Maybe this could be your intention.
Closing up the practice with a gentle smile,
Another deep breath in and out and repeat your intention with your hands on your heart space.
