It is important to always look into our roots and cleanse out what no longer needs to be there. This includes cutting out old stories and patterns that no longer serves you while making space for new roots to come in.

This is a visualization about deep in your roots.

A couple of years ago there were some scientists who did this observation in Arizona where they planted new trees and they did it in an observation area.

And what they saw,

And they had walls around this area,

And what they saw was that the first two years these trees were growing beautiful color,

Strong roots,

And then something happened in the third year.

So they were falling on each other,

They didn't grow any higher,

The roots were not very happy.

So the science,

The scientists took away the walls and then the wind came in and they realized that the wind is what makes the roots grow deeper.

So the tree is depending on the wind and I think that is a beautiful symbolic for us people as well.

So sit or lay down comfortably and I want you to take me to your garden.

It can be a real garden or a fantasy garden as long as it's yours.

And I want you to observe how does your garden look?

How does it smell?

Are there any colors in your garden?

Flowers?

Fruit?

How does it feel to be barefoot in your garden?

Now I want you to leave me in your garden and walk out of the garden and out on the meadow that is behind the garden.

And I want you to walk out on the meadow and stop in the middle of the meadow and just observe the meadow,

The breathe that you're breathing in and just be here,

Hold space for yourself.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Breathing new fresh air,

New energy and exhale everything that you want to release.

Now someone is coming running towards you.

It's a little version of you.

So I want you to pick the little version of you up in your arms and then I want you to continue to walking out of the meadow and start walking on your path and observe how does your path look?

Who is walking with you?

Is it someone you don't want there?

Or is it someone you're missing?

Adjust it so your path feels perfect for you and a little version of you.

On your right hand side is a beautiful,

Beautiful tree.

The tree of life and I want you to walk towards it and ask it for permission to tune into it and to just have one of the roots.

If you can just sit on the roots for a while.

And then I want you to take this root and I want you to sit on it with your little version of you in your knee and just sink down.

Let the root safely take you down,

Down,

Down to the darkness,

Down through the stones,

Through the mud,

Through the water,

Down all the way down.

And now you're down in your underworld.

We have left the middle world and now you're in your underworld.

And from here I would like you to pick a tool.

It doesn't matter which tool you choose as long as it's huge and in pure gold.

It could be a scissor,

An axe,

A sword,

Whatever resonates within you.

And I want you to enter the chamber of your roots and I want you together with a little version of you cut everything that needs to be cut.

Nurture.

Look at what is rotten in here.

Which roots do you need to take care of and just cleanse out all the roots that no longer serves you and make space for new roots to come in.

And now I want you to check with a little version of you if there's anything more you need to cleanse out of here,

Cut or just look into.

Now it's the time to do that.

And now it's time for you to thank your underworld.

So take the little version of you back to the root of the trees of life and with the help of the root it will take you up back to this middle world.

Up,

Up through the mud,

Through the water,

Through the stones and back up here in the middle world.

Thank you the tree.

And then I would like you to walk back with a little version of you and I want you to observe what does your path look like now.

Has something changed?

And now I want you to go back over the meadow and before you're entering your garden observe how does the meadow look and how does your garden look.

Have something changed?

And how does the little version of you feels when she or he is entering your garden?

And back in the garden I want you to slowly,

Slowly,

Slowly start moving your hands,

Your feet,

Your fingers,

Your toes.

Tune into your body at your own pace.

Open up your eyes and come back to the present time.
