In today's meditation,
I invite you to allow any of your troubles,
Any of your concerns,
Anything that's ripe and ready to fall from your tree.
Let it wash away.
Coming in and connecting deeper to this moment with your breath.
Moving on your own.
Giving yourself permission to sink deeper.
Using anything that's distracting you to release its hold from this moment.
Taking a few moments to settle into the body.
Asking yourself which part of you needs to settle just a bit further for you to relax into the present moment.
Asking your ankles how they're doing today.
Giving them a light roll.
Accepting the movement that that gives to your whole leg.
Just gently rolling the ankles.
Feeling the next breath go a bit deeper.
Breathing into the ankles.
Settling back into your stillness.
Into your body awareness.
And releasing even further.
Moving now to the hips.
And what part of the hips needs a little movement to relax deeper.
And accepting that that movement shifts your spine.
Maybe it opens the belly a bit deeper.
And the chest.
Feel a growing relaxation throughout the body.
By just inviting one space in the hips to open.
You now allow freedom in your whole torso.
Embodying this moment and this release.
Feeling the body buzz spread throughout.
Through the fingers and the toes.
Entering the chest for deeper breath.
Each element builds on the next to take you deeper into this present moment.
And returning again to your body stillness.
Allowing that release you gave to your legs through the ankles.
Your torso through the hips.
Letting it go.
Now inviting the neck to relax just one bit further.
Find that spot that asks for just that slight adjustment.
Allowing what that does for the head.
Adding weight to movement.
Spreading through the entire body.
Going in waves.
Of release.
Feeling a free neck,
Open hips and fluid ankles.
Connecting with the spine.
Allowing these small movements.
Just adjusting.
Flowing.
And breathing.
How is your neck today?
And slowly,
Naturally.
Gently releasing into stillness.
And whatever posture feels best for this body now in this moment.
Allowing this present moment to open you to new perspectives.
Connecting to the image of the waves.
Gently lapping on the beach.
Feeling the crashing and the consistency of the waves.
Observing this from the beach.
Settling into the steadiness of the waves.
Knowing that the next always comes in its own time.
Moving the awareness to the horizon in front of you.
Releasing and relaxing.
Finding all your surroundings.
Trying on a new perspective.
I am a vast ocean of potential and creation.
I am not a container for other people's troubles.
I create myself new each day.
I honor the clouds and the rain.
They quench my heart and give me rest.
I see the light through the clouds.
I see the light after the storm.
I accept my growth.
I am refreshed.
I am open to possibilities.
I align with myself and my source.
I am balanced as I step through my day.

Stay with this moment as long as you like.

Gently returning to your body,

Gently moving with the spine.
Using a stretch if you feel it.
Roll the neck.
Crack the ankles and toes.
Wake up.
Opening the eyes if you haven't yet.
Keep your peace in your heart and your mind centering on the third eye.
Saving up everything you've created and depositing it in your third eye.
Giving yourself a touch point.
Raising the hand.
Touching the space in the middle of the forehead.
As you walk through your day,
