Welcome to this guided meditation for self-compassion and self-acceptance.
I want you to find a place where you will not be distracted.
In a comfortable position and close your eyes,
Take a deep inhale and exhale.
Allow your body to relax.
Allow your breath to become deeper and deeper,
Slowly and slowly.
Allow your mind to calm down and feel the world quiet down.
Let your imagination take you to a place where you feel safe.
Feel the energy and the love of the space you are in.
I want you to take your attention back to your heart.
Imagine a soft and a warm sparkle emerge from the center of your heart.
And as you inhale and exhale,
It's growing and expanding.
Measure it fills up the space you are in and you are surrounded by this warm and soft light from the center of your heart.
Feel the warmth and safety of this light and with each inhale and exhale,
It's gently recharging your body.
Now gently release the tension between your eyebrows.
Imagine a gate being lifted.
What is the first sign that you see?
What do you feel?
Let it come to you naturally.
Give yourself the permission to feel.
Imagine that you are holding a rope and on your end is the memory and the feeling you have right now.
Tracing back the rope as you go further and further,
Notice any image or memory that are linked by this rope.
Going further and further.
What do you see at the very end of the rope?
Now allow yourself to feel again the soft and the warm light that is surrounding you.
Take your attention back to your breathing.
And just feel the love and compassion coming from the center of your heart.
Feel it fully.
I want you to repeat with me.
I am lovable.
I am good enough.
I am lovable.
I am good enough.
I am lovable.
I am good enough.
Thank you for trusting me in this journey.
Namaste.
