🧘 Thank you for your vast knowledge this meditation has given, helped me feel more connected in the sense of knowing we are infinite beings ♾️ shifting from the 3D paradigm to the 4D has been tremendously beneficial although it has also been difficult for I have been grieving my old self as I shed my skin, and find another layer, my higher self and trying to connect to my new state of consciousness or being. The shadow work has been quite confronting as I shifted again three weeks ago, with a work burn out and spiritual awakening again lol since the last one 3 years ago. I have persistently been sowing the seeds for the last 3 years. Putting in the effort and soul work to find the answers needed to tap into my higher consciousness, and alas I have found it. Although it has not been not an easy journey to attain as my nervous system did take a sharp hit, now on my healing journey again I hope and pray that with the wider collective strength we all seek we can all help each other through to the other side. With our one and oness I do feel a great sense of pride, joy and gratitude 🙏 and that this world is shaping up to be amazingly beautiful. For that’s all I ever wished since I was young. Thanks once again for the insight Katrina you are a truly amazing soul 🙏💚
