Good evening,
Beautiful.
So grateful you're here with me tonight.
Close your eyes and let your body settle into comfort.
Feel the support beneath you,
Soft,
Steady,
And patient.
Let it hold you.
Take a long,
Gentle breath in,
And a slow breath out.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
With each breath,
Feel your shoulders soften,
Your jaw release,
Your belly loosen.
Let the muscles along your spine melt into your bed.
Let your hands rest open,
No need to hold on.
Let your eyes gently fall closed as the world around you fades into the sacred stillness of sleep.
Now,
Imagine that above you stretches a vast velvet sky,
Indigo and infinite,
Glittered with stars that shimmer like soft prayers.
And there,
Emerging slowly,
Is the moon,
Full and luminous just for you.
She floats in silence,
Yet speaks volumes.
She glows not by trying,
But by allowing.
She whispers in light,
And she teaches without effort.
And now she comes closer,
Her light casting a silvery glow across your body,
A soft wash of radiance over your skin.
You feel her presence in your chest,
In the space behind your eyes,
In the quiet center of your being.
She speaks,
Not in words,
But in knowing.
I do not rush to become full,
She says,
And I do not cling when I wane.
I flow,
I change,
I shine,
And so do you.
Feel her wisdom settle into your heart.
There is no part of you unworthy of light.
There is no phase of your life that is not sacred.
Even in your darkness,
You are whole.
She glows above you,
A mirror of all the softness you've forgotten.
She sees your striving.
She sees your trying,
And she gently gathers all of it in her arms.
With each breath,
She lifts it from you,
The tightness,
The fear,
The spinning thoughts.
You are safe here,
Bathed in her light,
Held by her rhythm.
You don't have to be anything other than what you are.
Let her lull you into deep surrender.
Let her remind you of your own rhythm,
How you are meant to rest and rise,
How you are allowed to shift and change,
How you shine,
Even when unseen.
As the moon hovers gently above,
You feel a softness spreading through your chest,
A hum of peace in your belly,
A loosening of every tightly held breath.
She is with you.
She is in you.
She is you.
Namaste.
