Just pause,
Move it aside.
All of that noise and all of that stress don't need to take hold of you.
Just follow your breath and find space inside till you're reminded what's true.
Shed the stress,
The whole big mess,
Let it melt away,
Release the weight.
Let your breath slow and bring your attention inside.
Ease into the rhythm it creates,
Lower your shoulders and soften your face,
Aware of where calm awaits.
Your chest gently opens,
Your belly softens and sighs,
A waterfall of calm down your back.
Hips open and release,
Your heavy legs sink,
Feel the relaxing impact,
Breathe deep and sink,
No thoughts are left to think,
Let go of the weight and come in to calm's state.
Now notice your mind,
Slow itself down,
Thoughts drift by like leaves,
Step back and observe as they do what thoughts do,
As your body simply breathes,
In this sacred space that opens up wide when you detach yourself from the stress,
All becomes clear and suddenly you hear your intuition guide your process,
The answers you seek that will slowly unfurl those knots that live heavy in you,
Are whispered right here in the quiet of the pause,
So be here and listen for clues,
Breathe deep and sink,
No thoughts left to think,
