Good evening beautiful,
I'm so grateful you're here with me for tonight's sleep meditation.
Let your eyes close and bring your breath to a slow and low rhythm,
A gentle tide moving through you,
In and out,
In and out.
Let your body melt into your bed,
And with every exhale,
Feel yourself letting go,
In and out,
In and out.
Tonight we tend to the soft river within you,
The warm flowing current that lives low in your belly,
The seat of your sweetness,
Your creativity,
Your pleasure,
Your ease,
The place that says,
I am allowed to feel,
I am allowed to want,
I am allowed to flow.
Imagine a gentle rain begins to fall inside of you,
Right over the sacred space below your navel,
Soft drops of comfort washing through the tight places,
The stuck memories,
The quiet tension you didn't know you were holding.
Let the rain fall,
Let it soothe you,
Let it soften the edges of your emotions,
Making space for warmth and release.
Feel the gentle rhythm of the rain,
Feel it dripping through your lower belly,
Washing you clean of old stories that tell you to hold back,
To shrink,
To numb,
There is nothing to hold back,
Nothing to hide,
Nothing to fear.
Breathe in to this soft,
Fluid place inside of you,
Feel how the rain creates a small pool of calm,
Where all emotions are welcome,
Where nothing is judged,
Where your feelings can move freely,
Like the rainwater finding its way back to the sea,
With each breath,
Whisper inward,
I am allowed to feel,
I am allowed to rest,
I am safe to soften,
These words ripple through you,
Gentle waves stirred by the falling rain,
Stay here in this soft storm of healing,
And just trust the rain to wash you clear,
To lull you into gentle sleep.
Let your breath stay slow,
Your belly loose and open,
Your spirit at home,
And you drift,
Soothed and held in the sweetness of your own sacred flow.
Namaste.
Beautiful.
