Good morning,
Beautiful.
Thank you so much for starting your day here with me.
Before the day asks anything of you,
Let's take this moment to pause together.
Close your eyes.
And take one slow nourishing breath in.
And then gently breathe it out.
Breathe in again.
And out.
Letting your exhale soften your entire body.
From the crown of your head.
To your forehead.
To your cheeks,
Here next.
Your shoulders,
Your chest.
Your arms and hands.
Your belly.
Feel the softening all the way down your spine.
Into your hips.
Relax.
Your feet.
Feel the gentle hum of relaxation in your body.
Feel the gentle hum.
Of the space in your mind.
Perhaps you opened your eyes this morning,
Already feeling tired.
As though sleep came,
But restoration did not.
The morning is not asking you to leap into the day.
It's simply inviting you to arrive here.
Oh.
Imagine now that you are standing in a quiet meadow just before sunrise.
The sky still painted in soft shades of blue.
The world is holding its breath between night and day.
Everything is still.
Everything is waiting.
Tiny drops of dew rest upon the grass.
Each one catching the first hints of light.
Notice the horizon now.
Slowly.
Almost imperceptibly.
Sun begins to rise.
It doesn't hurry.
It doesn't burst into the sky.
It simply appears.
One gentle ray at a time.
Feel that same light touching your face.
A quiet invitation to awaken at your own pace.
Oh Energy is not something you chase.
Sometimes it's something you receive.
As the sun climbs higher,
Its warmth settles in your chest.
And then your belly.
And your hips and your legs.
Like golden light soaking into cool morning earth.
The sun continues its quiet climb.
Without striving.
Without comparison.
You Simply shining.
Because that's is its true nature.
And perhaps.
.
.
Your light doesn't need to blaze today.
Perhaps it only needs to glow.
Bye.
Bye for now.
Now place your hand upon your heart.
And feel your chest expand as you take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Let everything go.
So you can begin this day fresh and present.
You Namaste.
Beautiful.
Oh you
