You know,
Over the years,
I've created so many different types of gratitude meditations and every single one has been received with such love and appreciation.
And so I really wanted to share this one with you because these are the words that came out as this huge wave of gratitude hit me a few mornings ago,
And it just felt so good and pure and deep and all-encompassing,
And I really wanted to share that feeling with you.
So I hope you really enjoy this meditation.
Let the joyful winds lift your spirits high.
Feel their waves of air soften with a sigh.
Breathe deeply now.
Let the lightness spread.
Dissolve all the grains of darkness in your head.
Breathe deep and slow and let it all go.
Breathe soft and ease into flow.
When all the clutter clears and all the thoughts fade,
The space opens up.
Clarity comes your way that was loud and demanded.
Energy begins to quiet down as you begin to see slowly what appears and expands within your sight are the millions of blessings that make your life so bright.
Breathe them in now deep.
Let them fill you.
There's even more.
Gratitude fills you up as each grain of goodness piles up and gathers,
Overflows you with fullness.
Soon you feel more grounded.
The sun shines just for you.
The wind,
The trees,
And oceans are clear within your view.
Your smile spreads.
Your troubles fade and soon you realize that gratitude slowly brings you home to all that is alive.
How can we feel grateful when others are in such pain?
How can we feel thankful when such suffering remains?
Come inside and remember we're connected to each other.
When one of us is hurting,
We can give love to one another.
When gratitude runs deep within,
We're humble and open wide.
We give our love more freely and others feel our light.
So let the winds of thanks emerge from deep within so they can spread the seeds of love in which we swim.
Namaste.
Beautiful.
